Located on the High Street the house has parking immediately adjacent and has a large garden with gated access onto the Speyside Way for riverside walks. The garden is sunny and sheltered with a large patio and other seating areas. The house has a spacious kitchen with dining area, a large lounge and a separate dining room. Upstairs has two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and the main bathroom.

A quiet, end-terrace cottage in Huntly, off the main streets but in easy walking distance to the train station and town centre. The cosy living room is fitted with an efficient log burning stove, and you will find a basket of wood on your arrival. The kitchen is located at the back of the building with access to a small, enclosed garden perfect for a slow breakfast in the sun or an evening drink on the lawn. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the room has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons or lots of space this may not be the place for you!
