Welcome to our "Rivah" cottage - we have been waiting to find a perfect river getaway for our family, we were lucky to find this gem & we want to share it with you! Morattico is the sweetest little village filled with friendly neighbors & an amazing waterfront museum. Walk across the street to our shared river porch, fish in the Rappahannock River or walk down the road to a shared beach and pier access where you can kayak and swim in Lancaster Creek. Fenced yard. Outdoor shower. Wifi. Sleeps 7.

Freshly painted cozy two Bedroom Cottage with a Sectional Sofa that has queen bed pull out. Screened Porch, Large Patio & Dock to enjoy views of the creek and wildlife. Great for a romantic getaway or vacation. Well-appointed kitchen. Dogs allowed (2 Max, under 70 pounds-must be notified first) an additional fee of $60 per dog. No third-party bookings. Often times in the summer dolphins and their babies visit the creek and river to feed. Paddling or boating with them is one of the best experiences! It is quiet and relaxing - feels like you’re a part of the natural surroundings.
