Le jardin, bordé par le ruisseau Cabeou et la rivière Aveyron, offre un accès direct à la baignade. Depuis le salon, profitez d'une vue apaisante sur de majestueux chênes centenaires. De nombreux sentiers de randonnée partent de la maison À proximité : Bruniquel, classé parmi les plus beaux villages de France (3 km), Montricoux avec ses commerces (4 km), Montauban (25 min), Toulouse (1h)

Agréable Gite du Lot Touristique

Charmant gite de plain-pied pour 2 à 4 personnes, situé près d’un hameau. Entièrement restauré à neuf, il mélange la belle pierre du Quercy, les poutres apparentes & le confort récent. Il comprend : -pièce principale avec une cuisine ouverte équipée (four, micro-onde, plaque induction, frigo, hotte, lave-vaisselle, TV), et un clic-clac (2 pers en 140) -coin nuit : un lit 2 personnes (140) -salle de bain avec douche -wc -climatisé -table extérieure, barbecue NB : draps et serviettes non fournis

Ancien pigeonnier / grand jardin

Profitez de la vue imprenable de ce bâti entièrement restauré en pleine nature. Situé sur une ancienne ferme du Quercy, il offre un très grand terrain, au calme, permettant promenades, détente et repas à l'extérieur. Une plancha, des transats, un salon et une table à manger de jardin sont à votre disposition pour profiter pleinement. Côté intérieur, le RDC communique par un escalier de pierre extérieur avec la chambre parentale. Celle-ci dessert une 2eme chambre par une échelle de meunier.

Bienvenue dans ce loft unique, aménagé dans un moulin et son ancienne boulangerie avec son four à pain d’origine, préservant tout son charme d’antan. Ce lieu unique marie authenticité et confort moderne, offrant une parenthèse chaleureuse et ressourçante. Niché en pleine nature, il constitue un havre de paix idéal pour se ressourcer. À l’extérieur, vous pourrez profiter de la rivière naturelle ainsi que d’un cadre verdoyant et apaisant, parfait pour un moment de détente en toute sérénité.

Lovely Country Cottage, Pool, Garden, 2-6 Guests

La Petite Maison was formerly the stable for our Quercy Farmhouse at Molles which  has been carefully renovated and furnished to provide a charming and comfortable house with a lovely shaded veranda. There is also private garden space that leads to a large swimming pool. In winter electric radiators are available and there is an incredibly efficient wood-burning stove for the cooler evenings. Logs are provided free of charge should our guests wish to stay snug and warm in the evenings.

The Rataboul Pigeonnier

Nestled in an orchard with far reaching views over the countryside, Rataboul Pigeonnier is a beautiful and peaceful 19th century pigeonnier, tastefully restored in a modern and comfortable style. After a day of exploring, relax in the garden on the south facing terrace, or refresh in the above ground swimming pool (6.25m X 3.75m), enveloped in the stone walls of an ancient barn. Shared with the owners, it's a great spot to cool off while enjoying glimpses of the fabulous view.

Located in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of the Causses, come and discover Aveyron and Lot from this house nestled in a small hamlet, 20 km from Villefranche de Rouergue and 7 km from Cajarc. This charming barn, surrounded by nature on a wooded plot of 6000m2, offers all the comfort you desire. During June and July, week-long stays (Saturday to Saturday) are preferred.

Come and recharge your batteries in an idyllic setting in the heart of nature. Comfort, charm and serenity await you. "La Pitchoune" which affectionately means "The little one" is located on a property of 1.4 hectares, of lawn, flowers, meadow, woods. You will find a swimming pool (4x 8 meters) surrounded by a terrace. You will have direct access from the property to hiking and mountain biking trails. The cottage is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchairs.

The "Noisetier Sentimental" is a beautiful stone gite in the middle of a wooded park surrounded by vineyards, located in a small domain composed of 5 gites. Perched on a hill, a panoramic view of the Tarn valley awaits you. Le Noisetier Sentimental will delight you by its quietness, in the heart of the thousand-year-old vineyard, near the shops of the city of Gaillac. This former artist's studio can accommodate 2 people.
