Waterbury Village Apartment

With the back country and the front town, travelers can settle in on the deck to enjoy the views, or set out to explore a happening downtown-just one block away. This second floor space is private, light filled, and quiet. Please note, we were previous Super Hosts before Covid. We're getting back into hosting with an even better apartment (more space, and two bedrooms!) We're not absentee investors running an AirBnb business; we live in an adjacent apartment and enjoy welcoming guests!

Potter’s Place

Lovely 2-bedroom close to everything, Potter’s Place is the perfect hub for your stay in Vermont. Only 30-40 minutes to Stowe, Bolton, Sugarbush, and plenty of amazing Nordic trails, the space provides a welcoming retreat after a day of skiing, hiking, or biking. If biking is your thing, the apartment backs up to the Cross Vermont Trail, and is a great jumping off point for adventure. The apartment is also a short (10-15 minute) walk to downtown and all the shops on Main and State Street.

Entire 2nd Floor Walk to Montpelier

Five minute walk to the prettiest and coolest state capital in the country. Entire second floor duplex with separate entrance up a flight of stairs. Beautiful porch. Perfect base to explore Vermont; hiking, skiing, biking. Hosts live downstairs. Dogs are welcome with conditions. (Note the reservation requirements) Limit 4 people. (Includes toddlers and infants) If you are a skier, we're e less than an 40 minutes to major Ski areas. You won't have to pay resort prices and have a more room.

Village Oasis 2 -the crossroads of VT

A friend once referred to our town as Mayberry. It's definitely a small town where people look out for each other. In the heart of the village, walking distance from local restaurants, brewery's, and shops as well as mountain bike trails. 5 mi from a beach where you can rent canoes/kayaks/paddle boards. Enjoy the slopes, hiking, Ben and Jerry's, local brewery's, or the Vt. landscape, settle in with a warm jacuzzi tub. At the end of the day cozy up on a king sized bed watching Netflix's.

Mt. Mansfield Retreat

This private one-bedroom non-smoking apartment is located in Underhill, Vermont. Nestled at the base of Mt. Mansfield and situated in a quiet and rural setting, enjoy the sounds of the Browns River and neighboring Clay Brook from the solitude of your deck. The apartment has everything that you need to relax and enjoy your stay. Just a 2-minute drive to hiking trails and mountain biking; 20 minutes to skiing at Smugglers Notch; 35 minutes to Burlington and the shore of Lake Champlain.

Cute and Functional One Bedroom in Barre VT!

Enjoy a stay at this stylish experience at this centrally-located place! Three separate rooms. Large Bathroom and Kitchen and Bedroom/Living Room. The full size bed has a trundle underneath to pull out a twin size bed. The shades and curtains in the bedroom are blockout shades to keep out the lights of the night. Lots of off street parking and separate private entrance. You will be on the first floor apartment. There is an apt above the studio that is also rented to Air B and B travelers!

Enjoy the quiet privacy of the carriage house, with private driveway & entrance, back garden & deck, hearthstone fireplace, and spacious 2nd floor master room with two queen beds.

This charming renovated historic building is now an eclectic artful space with a separate bedroom, living room and kitchen/dining area. Walk to everything from here! One block to city center and all the downtown restaurants and shops. One off street parking space available. The perfect central location for exploring the surrounding areas.

Spring Hill Farm, coffee & hot tub

Private apartment w/hot tub for 4 & abundant amenities. Kitchen stocked w/ basics for cooking. Access to back yard with grill, fire pit & pond stocked w/ trout (for feeding). Access to 1 mile +/- of scenic wooded trails & beaver pond w/ pedal boat. Close to Burke Mtn, VAST & Kingdom Trails. Hosts on site & available if needed. DISH, smart TV, movies & games. Internet WiFi should be strong we now have fiber. Poor cell service. NO PETS. Please don't ask.

Fox Den on Main Street (Extended)

Look no further! This beautiful studio is nestled in Stowe Historic Village. The property is located on the continuation of Main Street--an easy 2 minute walk, 3 houses down! Avoid the traffic and enjoy the best of both worlds with premiere access to retail shops and restaurants, as well as hiking trails, recreation, and free shuttle service to Stowe Mountain. The perfect getaway to experience all that Vermont has to offer!
