I am pleased to suggest a unique stay in our haven of peace of the 7th Arr, a 100 m2 artist-loft house on 2 floors with a small flower garden in the heart of Paris. Ideally located between the Eiffel Tower and the Invalides, rue Duvivier is parallel to rue Cler, pedestrian and shopping street (one of the most famous of Paris: restaurants, terraces, bars, bakery, cheese and flower market, fruits and vegetables) . This artist's house (redone in 2013) is a perfect place to stay for families or friends (near bus and metro lines, military school or latourg maubourg at 100 meters) .It is divided into 2 floors, the ground floor has 2 entrances (one entrance through the garden and another by the yard), it includes toilet with sink, a large living room (8 seats) with desk area in the library with large picture windows that overlooks the courtyard garden and a kitchen loft style with dining area for 6 people on a large black marble worktop, the decoration combines the charm of the old (tommette of the 18th century, old door of the 19 th century) and the modern and industrial materials (industrial aluminum luminaires, black iron beams, large windows and blinds in white linen) all modern and practical comfort (flat screen TV, cable, internal and unlimited wifi access, video games, books, music). At the end of the living room you will find a charming bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a sink and tiled floor. To access the 2nd floor, you will take the staircase which is at the corner of the living room and you will arrive in a very long room bathed in light thanks to its windows way greenhouse and velux, a very large office (board games, books or drawings ) separates the 2 beds (1 single + 1 double) on each side, follows a 2nd bedroom with desk, TV 2 single beds (possibility of a third bed pull pullout bed). These 2 bedrooms serve a bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, washing machine and dryer. To end the visit, you can take advantage of the garden-courtyard and quiet to have an aperitif with friends or read your tour guide with family! WELCOME & ENJOY !!!

"Charming, privileged neighborhood, haven of calm!

Avenue Frochot is a private historical street. It was developed in the 1830s and became a landmark of Romantic Paris. The townhouses lining the avenue were home to many artists. Today, it is one of the most sought-after private streets in Paris. The cobblestoned street is closed to vehicular traffic and access is gained through a coded entry gate; the caretaker’s house is located at the entrance. At dusk, the avenue is illuminated by street lamps that evoke the atmosphere of the 19th century.

Maison de 130 m2 à Montmartre

Aménagées dans les anciennes écuries de Verlaine, la maison se trouve à 10 mn à pied du sacré coeur. Elle jouit d’un joli petit jardin. En arrière cour. Elle est très calme et très claire. Elle comporte 3 chambres doubles, 3 salles de douches et 3 WC séparés. 2 chats vivent en toute liberté entre le jardin et la maison, donc attention aux allergies. Notre cour est fraîche et agréable, cependant attention de ne pas parler trop fort et notamment après 22heures pour ne pas déranger les voisins.

Maison dans une impasse calme à 5 min à pied du RER B qui dessert le Luxembourg (10min), St Germain des Prés & Notre Dame (15min), le Louvre (25min), les Champs Élysées (25 min). A 5 min à pied se trouvent un supermarché, des boulangers, des restaurants. Décorée dans un esprit zen, cette maison offre une bulle de calme à 2 pas de Paris. La grande hauteur sous plafond donne aux pièces un très beau volume. De grandes fenêtres laissent passer largement la lumière. Vous n'aurez aucun vis à vis.

La chambre parentale est dotée d'un lit tres confortable de 160 cm, la chambre enfant d'un lit 2 places de 120 cm pour 2 personnes + 1 lit simple, le salon d'un canapé lit pouvant accueillir 2 personnes. In the heart of the Saint-Ouen Flea Market and less than a kilometer from Paris, this charming house will welcome families and groups of friends alike. By the fire in winter and in the courtyard in summer, it's the best of Paris, with added charm. You will enjoy absolute calm while all the shops are within walking distance: bakery, pharmacy, caterer, bistro, grocery store... The house has a charming courtyard, which will allow you to enjoy your meals outside.

Brick house - Flea market

My lovely brick home is located next to Paris' Flea Market. The house stands in a private bucolic alley. The ground floor consists of the living room, the dining area, the kitchen and the garden-terrace. The second floor is made of two bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilets. On the third floor, the attic has been turned into a large bedroom and wardrobe. You'll probably meet my friendly car, Moki !
