Ilenia is a great host and a very nice person. The apartment is nice, very clean and spacious equipped with all what's necessary. The kitchen is big as well as the bedroom. The bathroom is in a very good condition. The location is good. Close to restaurants and a grocery shop. 3 minutes walk to the bus station. It was a pleasure staying there We strongly recommend Ilenia's apartment. Beth & David

Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! Staying here felt very different from a typical hotel—in a wonderful way. It gave me the feeling of actually living in Italy, not just visiting. The home had a warm, local charm that made the experience feel more personal and immersive. The location was perfect for me—within 20 minutes’ walking distance to major attractions, which made exploring very convenient. It’s also close to the airport, which is great for travel, though it does mean you’ll occasionally hear airplane noise. Overall, it was a memorable and comfortable stay, and I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a more authentic Italian experience

The best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. If Marin’s apartment is available for your stay in Florence, snap it up. It’s an amazing spacious apartment in the ideal location, a block behind the Duomo. Because the apartment faces the interior courtyard of the building, there is absolutely no street noise whatsoever. The apartment was pristine, modern, extremely comfortable and well-appointed with extreme attention to detail. The washer (and Dryer!) came in very handy for our stay in Florence, the mid-point of our two week trip through Italy. Marin was extremely responsive and super helpful with recommendations. The ideal two bedroom apartment for our family of four (me, my wife and our two daughters ages 17 and 21). The upstairs bedroom (with its own full bathroom) was the perfect retreat for our daughters and the master bedroom downstairs was perfect for us. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were ultra modern, clean and relaxing. Apartment and host (Marin) are A+

Excelente localização, seja para chegar a pé, que dê ônibus aos pontos turísticos. Carlo foi ótimo anfitrião. Apartamento ótimo.. Vale salientar que há 4 lances de escada. Sugiro iluminar melhor o local da lavadora de roupas e colocar instruções de uso da mesma, já que ela é antiga e não é muito prática.

This Florence Airbnb was perfect—beautifully decorated and in a fantastic location near everything. The outdoor space with a view of the Duomo was the perfect place to relax after a long day of site seeing. The host gave great recommendations and made us feel completely at home. We would absolutely stay here again!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Florenz, Simone war sehr nett und wir konntetn sogar früher einchecken das war seeehr nett und hat uns vieles erleichtert. Simone hat sich auch während dem Aufenthalt nach unserem Befinden erkundigt. Der Parkplatz befindet sich nocht auf dem Grundstück aber es gab viele Möglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe zu parkieren.

Had a great stay at Michele's! The apartment is very newly renovated and has everything you need. We visited during the off-season so we were grateful for the stove providing us warmth in the evenings. Michele was very friendly and helpful, being flexible with our check in and check out times. The apartment is open, except for the bathroom but we made it work just fine. Rio is a nice and quiet little town with a beautiful view and perfect to chill out and relax. Its not far from the ocean either, so with a short drive you will be at the beach. All in all a great place :)

We had a really lovely stay in Palaia with our 9-month old baby. Andrea’s place is very comfortable, had everything we needed, and is located right in the centre of the town. The garden space outside (and the hot tub!) is a particular treat, with stunning views of the Tuscan scenery but which also felt quite private. Andrea was a great and very helpful host, and gave us lots of information about the local area - grazie! Palaia is a beautiful and lively town with lots going on - we were able to get everything we needed from the shops, visit the lovely churches and see the incredible views from la Rocca. We would particularly recommend the takeaway pizza right outside Andrea’s place - so good we had it twice! We hope to come back some day.

Wir waren 3 Nächte hier. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Viele nützliche Informationen für Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Unternehmungen wurden uns von Elisabeth zur Verfügung gestellt . Vielen Dank und alles Gute.

Susanna ci ha riservato una eccellente accoglienza. La casa immersa nella natura è bellissima e provvista di tutto il necessario per sentirsi a proprio agio. Il giardino ampio e recintato è perfetto per gli amici a quattro zampe che possono giocare liberi e senza preoccupazioni. La zona tranquilla e riparata dal traffico concede agli ospiti il giusto relax. Il centro è a meno di 5 minuti di macchina oppure si può raggiungere a piedi facendo una bella passeggiata nel verde della Maremma. I servizi - quali supermercati e locali - sono anch’essi a meno di 5 minuti. Eccellente.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte di paesaggio durante un viaggio, la casa è nuova, accogliente e ben dotata di diversi accessori. Host comunicativo e disponibile. Consigliato.

Carla è stata un’host molto gentile e cordiale. Ha coordinato tutto perfettamente tramite l’app, rispondendo celermente alle mie domande e ai consigli che le ho richiesto sulla zona. La casa è molto bella e confortevole, inserita in un contesto splendido ed estremamente rilassante. Strategica la sua posizione: Siena è a 10 minuti di strada e nell’arco di un’ora si raggiungono tutti i borghi più incantevoli della zona. Consiglio l’esperienza!

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno! L'appartamento si trova vicino al centro, a due passi dalla Galleria dell'Accademia, in una zona dove c'è meno affollamento di turisti. È un appartamento rinnovato di recente, ben arredato, confortevole, pulito e più ampio di quello che si percepisce dalle foto. Ci sono tutte le comodità necessarie per soggiorni medio-lunghi e Andrea, l'host, è stato molto ospitale e disponibile. Molto utile il piccolo ascensore, visto che l'appartamento si trova ai piani alti.

숙소가 도시 내에 편리한 곳에 위치에 있어서 근교를 다니거나 도시 네 돌아 보는데 부족함이 없습니다. 그리고 숙소에 모든 시설은 사용하는데 불편해 없도록 잘 준비 되어 있습니다. 그리고 궁금한 사항이나 필요한 정보를 성의껏 다 제공해 주셔서 감사합니다. 제가 사용 중에 세라의 물병을 파손 해서에 에어비앤비를 통해서 잘 협의 하고 마무리 하였습니다. 숙소를 사용하실 때는 그런 점을 주의해서 사용하시면 좋겠습니다. 그리고 숙소 주변에 무료 주차 공간은 요일별로 특정 시간에는 주차가 허용 되지 않으니 이점을 유의 하여 주차 하면 좋겠습니다.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral! Zum Bahnhof Pisa Centrale kommt man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß, wo wir nach Lucca und Florenz fuhren. Pauline war immer schnell erreichbar und gab uns unzählige tolle Tipps :) Leider haben uns nachts die Mücken sehr genervt, obwohl das Fenster immer verschlossen war. (fiese Dinger)

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder 😊

Our stay at Alessandra's apartment was great! very comfortable and bright apartment with a refreshing terrace, had everything we needed for our stay in Florence. The location was perfect for exploring the city while also being a quiet retreat for the end of the day.

I booked it for my parents, the location was good and the flat is great. the only thing to note that it is on the third floor with no lift and for an older couple, it might be challenging to get luggage up and down.

So lovely and great value - lots of thoughtful touches and easy to find car parking. The freshly renovated bathroom is lovely!! Very well equipped.

Excellent stay at Alessandra's place. Great location, in a quiet side road of the main shopping street, easy to reach both main sights and railway station on foot. It is a very nice two-level apartment (you can comfortably stand on both floors), equipped with everything needed for a good stay. Communication with Alessandra was very easy and check-in was smooth. Very pleasant experience, would definitely recommend.
