The townhouse is restored with beautiful, vintage details but also with all the comforts of modern living like high speed Wifi, digital thermostats and entry to the home via smart lock. *additional one time fee of $25 to set up air mattress for 2 guests. All guests are welcome to use all facilities on our property; including our backyard. The property is centrally located in the heart of historical uptown Kingston. Explore the weekend farmers market just steps from the front porch, as well as local cafes, restaurants, museums, and music venues. The Bau Guesthouse is easily accessible. It is 7min walk from the Kingston Trailways bus stop and 5min drive from I-87 throughway exit 19. Parking on our street is metered Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm. Also free street parking is available just around corner from us.

The Still Life Studio is an Exquisite dream. The studio is one open floor plan with two steps up into the bedrm/ living rm. The space boasts a full size pool table, two-person sauna, darts, massage chair, huge DVD collection, smart Roku TV, and a library collection throughout. The building dates to the 1870s and is on the historic registry. However, the Studio space is beautifully decorated in a modern motif with one of a kind art throughout. This lovely studio rests on the shore of the beautiful Kauneonga Lake. The newly renovated interior creates a warm and relaxing space to take in the amazing sunset views over the lake. The studio is part of a larger building but has private rear yard access, all other spaces are on the road side. Located on Restaurant Row and just a few minutes away from the Historic Bethel Woods Center for the Arts (Home of the original Woodstock). * In the summer months we have boat slips directly in front.

Our apartment is 6 miles from downtown New Paltz on a quiet and private setting only 1.5 hours from New York City, in the heart of Hudson Valley's Wine Country and apple/peach orchards. 1 bedroom apartment with separate kitchen living room and front porch. Fridge is stocked with eggs, bread, cheese, coffee, wine. We have a large HD screen TV and Roku, but no local cable. 7 miles from Mohonk Preserve and 10 miles from Gunks climbing area, and great Cross-country skiing. Self check-in

The town of New Paltz is a lovely stroll down Plains road or the rail trail. The Rail Trail entrance is seconds away. The combination is a daily walking path for locals and visitors to the area. The apartment consists of a full kitchen. A sitting area outside allows you to enjoy the fresh air and local beauty.

The Little Hayloft is a newly renovated small one bedroom apartment in the heart of downtown historic Honesdale. Years ago, it was actually once a hayloft above a three horse stable before the invention of automobiles! Just a few blocks from Main Street Honesdale and walking distance to the historic heart of Honesdale, you will find plenty of great food and drink, shopping, art and antiques and much more charm that the little lovely town of Honesdale, PA has to offer!
