Ce petit studio tout confort de 33m2 offre une entrée indépendante par une petite cour ombragée aménagée. Il offre une kitchenette, une salle de douche, un coin salon/repas, un lit queen size et une armoire de rangement. Arrêt de bus à 2 minutes, rejoignez Montreux en 10 minutes, le Château de Chillon en 5. Lit parapluie disponible.

Deux-pièces «ChezlaCotch» entre lac et montagnes

Depuis 2007 je propose le studio « ChezlaCotch » entre lac et montagnes, à ce studio s’ajoute (depuis avril 2024) une chambre pouvant accueillir deux personnes. Le deux-pièces est séparé par un couloir commun que nous utilisons uniquement pour accéder à l’économat. Il n’est pas possible de louer seulement la chambre car celle-ci est sans sanitaire. Vous l’avez donc comprit la salle de bains est commune. Pour y accéder vous devez passer dans le “studio”, idéal pour de bons amis ou famille.

Tolle Doppelhaushälfte mit großem Garten und zwei Parkplätzen. Ruhig gelegen und 5 Minuten vom Genfersee entfernt. In der Nähe befinden sich tolle Erlebnisse wie der Swiss Vapeur Parc, Aqua Parc, Bergtouren und vieles mehr. Der Ort "Bouveret" hat eine Menge zu bieten und ist traumhaft gelegen, direkt an der französischen Grenze. Das Haus ist zwar schon ein bisschen älter, aber es funktioniert alles und die Lage ist wirklich toll. Die Küche ist komplett neu. Wir finden es sehr gemütlich 😊

Il Palladium, grande centro sportivo e culturale di Champéry, e il centro del paese sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi. Al piano terra c'è un locale chiuso a chiave per riporre sci, scarponi e caschi. Un parcheggio privato gratuito si trova di fronte allo chalet. Altri parcheggi si trovano nelle vicinanze immediate.
