Beautiful is an understatement. The home itself is breathtaking but the view is priceless. The water is genuinely as clear as it is pictures. You can easily see fish swimming around. The home is immaculately clean with everything you could need during your stay. The host communicate extremely quickly. We truly have no complaints. We will return! We had no idea how close we were to the third largest Amish and Mennonite community in the United States. We loved everything that came with the community from snacks to education. Stop by the meat and cheese shop, Menno Hoff, the Blue Gate bakery, Five Lakes coffee, and Gramby’s is worth the drive. If you needed a reason to book this location, let this be your reason. You won’t regret it! ☺️

The house was super cute and had everything we needed for a girls weekend. Big table for games, HUGE couch to lounge on and watch movies. We made the very quick trip to Olers for supper on night 1 and didn't have to leave the house the rest of the wknd. We all were happy and said we would stay again.

My husband and I picked Patricia’s place because of the fun game room she had downstairs-and I’m sure glad we did! Our family of 6 had a wonderful time playing pool, air hockey, shuffle board, ping pong and PINBALL!!! There was also a nice quiet study room upstairs where the kids could still participate in their online classes without missing a beat. Every space was so beautifully decorated and spacious it really felt peaceful. We were visiting in the winter so the cozy propane fireplace was a hit as well. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

This was our third year staying at Chris’s cottage. The cottage was spotless as always, equipped with snacks, water, plenty of towels and amenities. The cottage is on Fish Lake, beautiful and peaceful but also fun to watch all of the water activities and wildlife. The weather was perfect. The mark of a fantastic place and location is never having to turn on the TV to pass the time. We will be back next year if it’s available! Thank you, Chris!

Our family of 5 had a great stay at Gary’s place. The lake, the pontoon, paddle boards and pedal boat were used daily. It is private and quiet. There are plenty of life vests and even some large inner tubes you can take out on the water. The floating dock and lily pad were covered in goose poop while we were there so we didn’t use them. The house was comfortable and had more amenities than most air BNBs we’ve stayed at. Our favorite spot (besides being on the water) was drinking coffee and reading on the covered porch! Would recommend to families!!

A short getaway for us and the cottage was the perfect setting! Everything was immaculate and had all the amenities of home! Town was near by for restaurants or any needs and right near the lake. Lots of exploring nearby or within an hour or two drive. We’d stay there again! Thanks, James!

My family of three had a great stay. Our daughter had a hockey tournament at the Compton ice arena and Stephanie was so helpful. We even thought we’d have to extend our stay, so a bit of back and forth communication. She was there to help if we needed to stay longer or cut our time short. Loved her support. From when I booked the house to when I checked out. The house is adorable. Great attention to detail with their AirBnb. Every little detail was thought of which made our stay that much more enjoyable. Would 100% be back.

This is a cute little cottage with a beautiful view of the lake. I will definitely be back!

Great place to stay for our trip down to Colon to attend a dinner at Farrand Hall. Loved looking out at the lake- even spotted a bald eagle!
