This newly renovated basement apartment is located on the north end of town in a quiet neighborhood with a lovely view of the mountains. A bus stop across the street makes public transportation convenient. Parking for several cars. There are two queen beds, one full-size sofa bed, and one single bed. Only one bathroom. The walkway from the driveway to the basement uses pavers, and it may be difficult to manage for someone with mobility issues. The owner and dog will often be upstairs.

Our sweet barking furry girl loves roaming around the house and garden and usually welcomes guests her way, so please consider in case you are afraid of dogs.
