Emma’s home was a perfect fit for my family’s stay! From there, we were able to walk to Eastarn Penitentiary, Fairmount Park, and the Philadelphia zoo. My teenage son loved the full gym, and we all loved the air hockey and rooftop deck. The views are so beautiful! Definitely recommend for families interested in exploring Philadelphia!

Only thing is no coffee. Other than that it was really a great stay. Not the best neighborhood but able to find street parking right out front

This place was just what I needed -- a private room to crash for the night with lots of thoughtful little touches. For example, there are motion sensor lights in the hallways so when you come out of your room to use the bathroom there is always light. The listing for this place is worth reading carefully. Alexander lists every little thing about his place that you might want to know about in advance. If I'm back through this way I'd stay there again for sure.

My friends and I came in town for a festival and had the best stay while in Philly! Jason has a beautiful home and was such an awesome host! I would definitely recommend and/or stay here again myself!

Megan was a great host - aided by her two very friendly canine assistants (Ginger and Clarice). She went out of her way to make sure I felt welcome and well looked after. Great value.

Romi’s place is just gorgeous and has lots of character from when the house was built more than 300 years ago. Her home is well taken care of and has modern touches. We made reservation very last minute and she was super quick to get back and very responsive and flexible about checking in. She greeted us in person checking in and made us feel right at home. If you are looking for a place to stay in the area no need to look further. Planning to come back for a weekend getaway.

Wendy and I were visiting family nearby and with the arrival of a second grandchild we needed somewhere else to stay. This was the first time in years that we stayed in a place occupied by the host. We had a wonderful experience. Jason's home is extraordinary and reflects an artist's sensitivity to design and the details that create a calm and beautiful space. The house is built so solidly that even though there are cars passing by we still awoke to the sound of birds and the sight of dense foliage outside the bedroom window. It was a pleasure to meet Jason himself and we only wish we had more time to chat during this visit. We would like to return, without question.

Megan is an excellent host… friendly, welcoming, and goes the extra mile. Her house is clean and cozy in a peaceful neighborhood. Fresh biscuits and coffee! Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in!

I highly recommend this location. Peter was by far the best AirBnB host I’ve ever communicated with. He was extremely friendly, accommodating and available to answer any questions I had or to help out in any way. The house was beautiful, thoroughly cleaned and in tip top shape, as shown in the photos. I will defiantly be back in the future.
