Sam was great. I got to the apartment and didn't realize when you walk in you are in the common area. The bedrooms are through the doors to the left and to the right. Kinda had me confused. Texted Sam and she was right on it. I'd say within 2 to 3 minutes. Never seen anything like this before. It's not a bad thing... it was unique. Everyone was great. You can't beat this place for the price. It has amenities that the hotels don't even have for 3 to 5 times the cost. I highly recommend staying here and if I come back to Dayton I will definitely try to get one of these room.

Samantha was amazing during my short stay of my travel assignment. She was so easy to talk to and replied within minutes of any questions I had. I wish I had her as an Airbnb host everywhere I go. The place I stayed was safe, clean, easy to access and so comfortable. Could not recommend this place or her as a host more!!!

My reservation was for family and inlaws for a college graduation weekend. The space was adequate for all of us to lounge and get ready for events. The private rooms and designated bathrooms were so helpful and eased everyone being together with some privacy and space. The place was updated, clean, and well appointed. The parking was provided in an underground garage or the surface lot. With elderly folks, the extra walking from the parking garage was a bit much. Dropping off at the entrance was better for them. The only challenge of the visit was getting access to the facility. Instructions were sent from a management group, not AB&B, resulting in missing the details of getting a key from the parking garage to access the building. The apartment was really good for our long weekend. I would recommend it for a group wanting 4 rooms and bathrooms.

This place was ideal for our family to visit to see our daughter at Wright State. The place was well maintained and well decorated. Having individual bedrooms for privacy but still with a common area to congregate and all the conveniences of home was perfect.The building was quiet and convenient and our host was always accessible and helpful. Check in was a breeze.

Samantha was very responsive, and the room was comfy and had all you need. I was placed in an all male living quarters (unsure if this was accidental), so if you’re a girl and would prefer not to be in this situation, mention your preference to be in a girls’ shared living quarters. You do get a lock on your bedroom door and I had a private restroom, so I ended up not minding and the others who were living there were pretty respectful. Wifi was a little slow, but manageable. You also get reserved parking and gym access which was nice! Area was safe, full kitchen, private room, overall great stay!

This apartment was spacious and looked just like the photos. We loved having dinner at the brewery right next door. Beds were comfy and kitchen was well stocked.

Three of us stayed comfortably for two weeks while horse showing at WEC. The house was exactly as shown in the listing and conveniently located for our needs. We appreciated how clean everything was. There were plenty of fluffy towels provided as well as a great washer and dryer. Mark was super nice and checked on us periodically to make sure everything was going okay. Thank you for making it a great experience!

Wildflower Retreat was a great choice for us - especially 4 bedrooms with at least a queen bed in each room (plus a bunk bed in one of the bedrooms). A very cozy, old farmhouse not more than 3-4 minutes from campus. It was very clean, and had some neat features--a workout room with some interesting historical photos on the wall. It also had some nice touches, like the china plates displayed in the dining room. My group had returned to Miami U. for an alumni event, and we unanimously agreed that we would not hesitate to stay at Wildflower Retreat on our next visit.

This was our first time to just rent a room. It t turned out to be a pretty cool experience. We met different people and really enjoyed it. Jeff was very nice and easy to communicate with. I really wish our stay different rain the entire time so we could have enjoyed his beautiful place outside. It had amazing views.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Alina's property in Beavercreek! We were greeted with lovely fresh flowers & yummy treats on our arrival which Alina graciously allowed earlier than standard check in time. The home itself was spacious & clean, with all the comforts of home including coffee/tea/creamer, grill & even a fire pit (full propane tank & plenty of wood provided)! There was darling front porch swing & a hot tub on the expansive back patio. Alina went the extra mile to make our stay unforgettable, including robes & slippers to wear while getting in & out of the hot tub, relaxing toiletries to use with the jetted tub in the primary bathroom & cozy blankets on the comfy couches. The home is both pet and kid friendly, with a playset in the backyard, toys, games and even a karaoke machine. This home worked perfectly for our group and we will definitely stay here anytime we are in the Dayton area. This was by far my best experience with an Airbnb, all thanks to Alina our AMAZING host!

Booked this stay due to our home being in the middle of remodel. From the time we step foot in the door the place felt like home. a very nice home located in a cul-de-sac. Neighborhood was extremely quite and the place was private. Kitchen had plenty of items to get you going. I would highly this place.
