One of two houses on the property (we live in the other) designed and built in 1920 as a summer residence for a local family. These 5.5 acres of park-like setting are situated on the serene Stillwater River. Tucked away, in the midst of the suburbs, surrounded by trees, gardens and the sound of birds, this gem of a place is a perfect home away from home.

Unique quirks about our little home: the ceiling coming down the steps is lower, and the bathroom is a jack-and-jill.

Welcome and enjoy your trip in one of Dayton's best neighborhoods! Direct access to downtown Dayton as well as UD and Wright State. There is so much available at your fingertips. Wake up and grab a coffee at Coffee Hub Centerville and breakfast at Bill's Doughnuts or My Favorite Muffin. Stop by Dorothy Lane Market, or Kroger to get your groceries. Take a walk through the neighborhood to Pleasant Hill Park. This house is the perfect home away from home for you and your family to enjoy!

The Linden Guesthouse - bike/hike/golf/shop/visit

This updated stylish 2 bed/1.5 bath single story guesthouse is perfect for work, group trips, fun, or family visits. The kitchen has dishes, cookware utensils, and pantry basics (oil, seasonings, sugar & flour). A Keurig single-serving and carafe coffee maker with k-cups and coffee filters is provided. The guesthouse has two living spaces, a dining room, a kitchen, a utility room with a washer and dryer, a private patio with outdoor seating, and a grill.
