The living room features a queen sleeper sofa gel mattress. Amenities- A/C, WiFi, washer/dryer, 4 kayaks, paddle board, life jackets and lake floats, charcoal grill, cornhole game, Xbox one with games, board games, toys and books, and sunsets! Dock is included & you may dock your own boat from nearby boat ramp. Fireplace can not be used.

Outside enjoy a porch with grilling area and a charcoal grill. 1 mile to Uwharrie trail, within 4 miles to multiple kayak launches, horse and ATV trails. This property is unique as it’s in Jacob’s Creek cove on LKT where boat and jet ski traffic is little to none. The cove also has a nature preserve where you’ll see wood ducks fly in, blue herons raise their chicks each year, ospreys hunt in the evening and you can kayak to see beavers!
