Dolores Riverfront Barndominium

Barndominium located directly on the beautiful Dolores River. The perfect getaway located 1 hour from either Durango or Telluride. Fantastic fishing, kayaking, tubing as well as breathtaking views of the San Juan National Forrest right off your back porch. You will have access to a large covered deck next to the river with a fireplace to relax by. Come prepared to relax...whether by the fire pit, fishing or just hanging out on the deck just a few feet away from the Dolores River.

Nestled in a natural paradise, on the Mancos River with a natural pond, you will have the opportunity to watch elk, deer, eagles, hawks, blue heron, ducks, song birds, fox and other wildlife on this beautiful natural preserve, all within view of the stunning Mesa Verde. Be prepared to relax and enjoy yourselves in beautiful Mancos. There is a cozy kitchen, perfect for preparing your own gourmet meal, and a very comfortable Murphy bed to crash into at the end of a full day of adventures!

Navajo Yurt~ Mesa Verde Views on Campground

Our traditional Navajo Hogan offers a unique experience. Only 5 miles from downtown Cortez. Showers & kitchen are seasonal from April - October. It has a porta-potty, pump sink & portable battery inside. It comes with a queen size bed with full linens, and two towels. There is a wood stove is inside for heat and boiling water. This is located on a private campground. Please see photos. Extra linens are available for rental onsite. Price includes 2 guests, $10 each after, up to 6 total.

The Bears Den studio apartment is located in the main house. Walk in basement with private entrance. Queen size bed, great room with a small convenience kitchen and walk in bath. The small convenience kitchen consists of a toaster oven, microwave, Keurig maker, full size refrigerator and a double sink, it does not have a range/oven. Open WI-FI, Dish satellite and ROKU. Sitting area on the patio. Numerous patios and verandas, and many places to " relax, expand and be at peace".

This is our hobby farm, so we hope you like farm fresh eggs, fuzzy critters, and crisp mountain air.

The Jolly Rancher-Clint Eastwood Yurt

This is a 30 foot in diameter pet friendly yurt. Sleeps five; one queen, one twin bed and a new queen pull out sofa. Full kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, living room and dining area all separated by walls but not doors. Has outdoor fire ring with swings, chairs and barbque grill. Propane heater for cool seasons and cooler for summer. Sits on 12 acres with view of pastures and mountains. Animals pastured during the summer months. Shadow the cat will greet you with lots of love!

Then enjoy your western style king size bed, or relax in the loft on a queen sized pillow top bed. Feel free to hike around our eleven acres.

Goodman cabin @ Kokopelli Cabins is one of two cabins on the property. Come and enjoy Mesa Verde, Anasazi heritage center, Hovenweep National park and much much more! We have many outdoor activities such as fishing the lakes and river near by in the summer, bike trails, hiking trails. In the winter: Snowshoeing trails and so much more! Telluride, Durango, Rico, Ouray are all close for a day trip. Moab is even doable too to explore Arches National Park.
