An idyllic countryside retreat in an old Montenegro peasant stone house, facing a vineyard, surrounded by pomegranates and fig trees, and with a great view on the mountains. This is a perfect hideaway from city hustle and traffic noise. As a mountaineering guide and former diplomat, I will be happy to welcome visitors from all corners of our world, share memories of my old family house and history of Montenegro, assist them in planning and organizing their tours in our beautiful country.

Old Fisherman House - Krašići

Welcome to our 300 years old, authentic stone fisherman house, with beautiful view and private beach. House is located in the old part of small fisherman's village called Krašići , laying on the one of the best spots in Boka Bay, where the most popular seaside towns are within easy reach. You have private terrace , private entrance and one of the best thing beautiful private beach, with sun beds, grill, outdoor shower and crystal clear water ... a great place for enjoy and relax.

Apartment Tatjana

Apartment Tatjana is seafront accommodation with a private infinity pool situated in precious natural environment. In peaceful place Utjeha, between Bar and Ulcinj, one hour driving distance from Podgorica and Tivat Airport, it has a fantastic garden where you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets. The garden has a path that goes down to the private and public beach where you can use kayak and SUP board free of charge. It is fully equipped for perfect family stay and relaxation.

After ten years of hosting, the "old stone house" gives you much more space behind the house. The terrace is now huge. With a view of the sea. Beautiful Old Stone House from 1880 in a rural ambient. The apartment is in a house, with a terrace, bathroom, AC and equipment kitchen (61 square meters / 656 square foot). You are isolated from the village inhabitants and you have your own utilities. The house is located near Budva (9km / 5,6 mi) and Kotor (19km / 11.8 mi).

Kotor - Stone House by the Sea

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

Our house is located right next to the main road, but it's not noisy which is very important.
