Ventura Boatel Stay on a boat in Ventura Harbor!

Also search "Boatel California" - right next to us. We call this a "Boatel" because it is a like a "Floating Hotel" or a large RV on the Water. Plenty of room to sleep and relax. You will get to experience living on a boat, but since it is always attached to the dock you will never have to worry about sea sickness! It is less than 100 feet to all the action at Ventura Harbor Village with restaurants, live music, shops, famous ice cream shop, boat rentals, wine tasting, a gorgeous beach, more!

Boatel California Stay on a Boat in Ventura Harbor

This is the "Sister Ship to "Ventura Boatel". It is a boat so more like a large Floating RV than a hotel! There is plenty of room to sleep and relax. The boat doesn't ever leave the dock. You will get to experience living on a boat, but since it is always attached to the dock you will never have to worry about sea sickness! It is less than 100 feet to all the action at Ventura Harbor Village with restaurants, live music, shops, wine tasting, famous ice cream shop, a gorgeous beach, and more!

Blocks to Beach, Wine Tasting, Shopping, Food

Prime downtown location, with most of what you need within a few short blocks. A charming older cottage from 1910 in the historic part of downtown, updated with brand new kitchen, bathroom, oak hardwood flooring and central AC. This is downtown living so you will have some downtown noise but due to the cul-de-sac location this is more quiet than most and the sound barrier does a great job at blocking the noise from the nearby freeway. Most of my guests have mentioned they don’t even notice it.
