Our family (2 adults and 2 children) had a wonderful stay at this apartment, and we highly recommend it. We stayed for one month, and the apartment had everything we needed. The positive points we noticed are as follows: Central location, easily accessible by public transportation. Just two blocks away from the metro (with an elevator). Conveniences nearby: Supermarket, pizzeria, clothing stores, and more right downstairs. Heating: The apartment was always warm. Spacious apartment: Perfect for a family of four or even larger families. Elevator: Very important for us since we had a baby stroller. However, it was unfortunately out of order for 3 out of the 28 days we stayed. Very friendly host: Always quick to respond and assist us with anything we needed. Large balcony with a beautiful view. Thank you again for this amazing stay! If we return to Rome, this will definitely be our first choice.

We stayed five nights in Gordon's apartment. Well equipped with everything we needed to prepare breakfast and a late dinner. We were very pleased with Gordon, he met us earlier than the agreed time, showed us everything in the apartment and gave us basic directions for sights and places to eat and gelato. We visited all the recommended places and were very satisfied.

Giovanni is really a great hosts. I enjoyed my stay at his place.

Angelo is an extremely nice person and has a beautiful apartment. It is on the top floor and the balcony has a beautiful view. Very comfortable and clean. There isnt wifi but that was okay for us. Great stay

Valentina war immer sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit verfügbar. Die Wohnung liegt, meiner Meinung nach, in einer der schönsten Gegenden in Rom. Die Wohnung ist 1 min von der Bushaltestelle entfernt. Es gibt viele Restaurants in der Gegend und viel zu entdecken in diesem historischen Viertel. Es ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Hote très disponible tant avant le départ que pendant le séjour, accueil chaleureux, Giorgia parle très bien anglais. Logement spacieux au calme, grandes chambres, avec une grande terrasse. Plusieurs bus accessibles en 10min à pied qui mènent dans les différents quartiers de Rome et au métro, passages fréquents des bus ( 24e la carte de transport bus métro tram à volonté pour une semaine). Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec nos 4 enfants Je recommande vivement! Merci

Such a beautiful place with a kind and responsive host! Alessandro provided us a very quiet spot that was a great place to rest in between busy travels. He also let us store our bags past check out which was super helpful. he was not kidding about having a car being the best for this location, especially if you are looking to get places at certain times. We learned that the hard way instead of listening to his original recommendation 😅 if you are looking for a peaceful place off the beaten path with no strict schedule, this is the perfect spot!

This apartment was quiet and in a great vibrant location. There was 24-hour supermarket nearby and walking distance from Roma Termini station. The restaurants nearby made us feel part of the local community. The neighborhood has a younger feel, but we never felt unsafe during the evenings. Public transport links (trams and buses) are close and you can access almost everywhere from Roma Termini. We would stay here again when we come back to Rome!

Host disponibilissimo e cordiale, ci ha dato un sacco di info su mezzi e sulla zona. Studio accogliente e pulito, unica cosa il bagno è un po’ datato ma funzionale. Ottima soluzione per un paio di giorni a Roma.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Francesca et Cesare nous ont bien accueillis et nous ont donné beaucoup d'indications pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux. Le logement est très agréable dans un environnement calme. L'arrêt de bus est tout proche. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le restaurant à 20 m du logement. Merci à eux!

Anna Maria fue muy amable durante nuestra estadía. El alojamiento de encuentra en un barrio universitario, por lo que hay varios bares y restaurantes, lo que a nosotros nos pareció bien. Tenia varios locales comerciales cercanos donde comprar, los restaurantes a buenos precios. Nos movimos en taxi para acercarnos al centro o a la estacion de trenes, de todas maneras se podía ir caminando, pero demorabas unos 20 minutos y de noche se veía un poco peligroso. Muchas gracias a la anfitriona por su amabilidad y cumplimiento.

Such a Beautiful Home! We really enjoyed our time at David’s house. The Location was amazing, literally close to everything. David was very responsive and helpful and he made us feel at home. All the amenities worked perfectly and thanks God the Air Conditioning worked well, because was very hot in Rome. The house is well designed and spacious, we just can’t wait to come. Definitely Recommend!👍

Giuseppe's place is great for people who want to visit Rome. It is also very affordable, clean and the neighborhood has an Italian charm. I drive into Rome with a car everyday to visit the city and it worked well.

L appartement de Marco est idéal lorsque vous arrivez à la gare termini de Rome c est à 10 mn à pieds . Tout est accessible facilement : Colisée, fontaines , Vatican .. depuis l hébergement on a pu en profiter pour découvrir les petites rues sur le parcours. Deux chambres deux salles de bain .. et une belle terrasse pour prendre un apéro ou un petit dej . Bonne literie (appréciée après nos excursions) Marco est très réactif il répond ds la minute aux messages 😬 . Je recommande

Such a great place to stay in Rome. Carlo's home is beautiful. So much character and space. And really well equipped. We loved the location a bit outside the centre but a short walk (10 mins) to metro and about 25 mins walk to Vatican city. Great restaurants in the area too so we didn't need to go too far at night. Really great choice for a break in Roma. And the welcome basket was the best we've ever had in an Airbnb..

hi we stayed in carmens place for 3 nights with a toddler and 3 month baby. Carmen was very helpful right from booking and made sure everything was ready for us and the kids . she had a baby cot ready along with toys for my toddler. she infact allowed us to check in early by 11 am and kept the apartment ready for us. she even helped us move the luggage to the room and informed us everything about the room . The only downside of the apartment I can think of is small lift which will make u travel atleast twice to get ur luggage up. if your travelling light it should be ok . thanks Carmen for hosting us .

Christina is a fabulous host. We were met at check in and shown around the apartment. It's a very quirky apartment in a good way and have some outstanding decorative fixtures and fittings in keeping with It's Title Johnny's Industrial apartment. Rome is a beautiful city, easy access into centre of Rome with bus and Tram within walking distance. Unfortunate timing for us with the passing of Pope Francis, but will definitely go back. Very well equipped for our short stay. Christina is extremely knowledgeable about the area and will get back to you almost immediately with any queries. Fabulous huge Hot Tub off the back bedroom, didn't use it but that was down to health reasons. Nothing is too much trouble for this lovely host....I would recommend. Thank you Christina 😊

The location is fantastic! It was right down the street from the Colosseum. There were many good restaurants close by as well. The place felt airy and welcoming . It was well stocked with kitchen necessities plus extra toiletries if we had forgotten anything. The beds were very comfortable! We had a wonderful stay in Rome and would definitely stay there again.

Great apartment, clean and large perfect for our family of four. Secure building and appartment. Very close to 2 train stations Garbatella and Ostiense. Fabrizio communicates quickly. We would definitely stay there again.

This place is the perfect location! Via Palermo is close to everything! In Italy, you’re going to walk, but this location was super centralized to everything you’d want to do. If you want to Uber, you can. They pick you up right in front of the entry door. Some things to note, this place is spacious and was perfect for 2 couples. The room with the large tub is bigger, but the toilet is not in that room/bathroom which was fine. The tub which was why we got this place isn’t fully functional and could have been updated with new shower mats, but not a huge deal. Just be careful when you shower to not slip because it’s high up and the water can get everywhere if you don’t place the shower head correctly. I recommend bringing your own shampoo/conditioner/body soap because what was provided was the small hotel packets. We also had to ask for more towels and noticed there wasn’t extra toilet paper, all very small things. I would definitely stay here again! Very responsive & helpful hosts!
