Monte San Pietro: soggiorni in alloggi adatti ai bambini

Lucrezia is a great person and she welcomed us at the entrance. We had a pleasant and peaceful stay. The only thing I would highlight is to be careful of any consumables as most of the stuffs expired many years ago and she still kept it, I don’t know for what reasons.

We had a wonderful stay at Piero’s villa! Quiet, coz, beautiful surroundings ! It was exactly what we needed after the hustle and bustle of Rome and Florence. Piero is an excellent host. He went above and beyond to help us. He drove us to the market and to train station on the day of a holiday when transportation was scarce. I would highly recommend this gem!

Das AirBnB von Isabella ist wirklich wunderschön, die Aussicht ein Traum. Wir haben uns hier richtig wohl gefühlt. Isabella und co. waren zuvorkommend, sehr freundlich und bei allen Themen hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder!

La casa è veramente ben fornita e Sabrina si è rivelata un’host veramente molto cordiale. Avremo sicuramente piacere di ritornare!

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in Cristinas Haus in Fabbiano verbracht und dort unsere Auszeit vom Alltag sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderschön in den kleinen, ruhigen, sehr romantischen Ort eingebunden. Man geniest vom Garten aus einen wunderbaren Blick in das Tal und die Berge und kann vom Haus aus auch gleich eine schöne Wanderung aus unternehmen. Cristinas Empfang war sehr herzlich und gab uns das Gefühl, uns in ihrem Haus wirklich willkommen zu fühlen. Wir konnten sie jederzeit fragen, wenn wir Rat benötigten. Der Garten ist traumhaft. Leider war es für den Pool schon zu kalt. Dafür haben wir den Kamin sehr genossen. Trotz des durchwachsenen Wetters haben wir viel unternommen denn das Haus liegt zentral zwischen Meer, den Bergen und einiger sehr schöner Städte (z.B. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Da der Garten komplett eingezäunt ist, konnte sich auch unser Hund die ganze Zeit frei bewegen. Für kleine Familien, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit lieben, ist das Haus ideal

We loved the place at Capannori and the warm welcome the family gave us. We felt right at home. Our kids enjoyed the swimming pool and garden. The apartment was clean and spacious. Within 12 minutes you are in Lucca, in Capannori itself is a lovely bakery, pastry shop and supermarket.

Wir waren im August für 2 Wochen in der Wohnung. Alles war prima. Mark war super nett und hat alle unsere Fragen super schnell beantwortet. Die Unterkunft ist ausreichend für 4 Personen, alles war sauber und gepflegt. Es gibt eine schöne Terrasse auf der man wunderbar die Abende verbringen kann. Die Lage ist traumhaft ruhig und es gibt einen schönen Ausblick auf die Olivenhaine und die Ebene. Im August würden wir allerdings nicht mehr in die Toskana fahren - es ist viel zu heiß. Aber das wussten wir vorher. Ein großes Danke das wir zwischendurch den Pool des Nachbarhauses nutzen durften!

We had an exceptionally pleasant experience during our stay. The host Guendalina and her husband Paolo were extremely kind and always available. The apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious, comfortable, and just a short five minutes walk from the historic center of Ferrara. Everything was within walking distance. The biggest hit with the kids was the football table. We will definitely return to gorgeous Ferrara for a longer stay.

We stayed for two months in Nadia's apartment and had a very nice time. The apartment was very clean and all basic things were in place. Nice to have two enclosed little yards where we could let our little dog out. The neighbors we met were very friendly and the property is kept in good condition. The village of Cavriago is peaceful and quiet and there are a few restaurants and smaller shops. Within 200 meters was a rather large Conad supermarket, a pharmacy and a cosy family restaurant. We can definitely recommend the apartment and Nadia as a host.

The property exceeded our expectations . A clean and quiet apartment with a fantastic terrace area to sit outside. The location was perfect for us as it is only a 10 to 15 minute walk from the centre of town. There are a number of great local cafes on the walk to the centre and truly amazing architecture on the way. Roberta was always responsive with any enquiries we had and check in went very smoothly. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Bologna!

We really enjoyed Caterina’s apartment. It was well set up with everything we needed. We really appreciated the easy to use washing machine as we travel with only a few clothes so have to wash frequently.The location was ideal. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, as well as a supermarket. We were able to work out the local bus to get into the centre a bit quicker but it was walkable. Caterina was very approachable gave us lots of hints and suggestions and checked in with us to see how we were going . A very enjoyable and memorable time for us in Bologna.

Appartement très bien situé pour accéder rapidement à la gare et au centre ville, confortable, très calme, extrêmement propre et parfaitement équipé. Franca nous a très cordialement accueillis et a pris le temps de nous donner des conseils ( restaurants, commerces, visites). Merci pour tout.

Signed up to the gym round the corner - loved it! So much yummy food and bars on the doorstep and so close to the centre!

Świetna lokalizacja dla chcących skorzystać z uroków miasta, gospodarz jest bardzo komunikatywny i pomocny, szybko odpisuje na wiadomości. Polecam :)

Exceptional location in the heart of the city center. It's a well appointed one bedroom with easy access from the train station and airport. The space is clean and comfortable. This was my second stay and my choice location when I return to Bologna again.

Superbe séjour chez Andrea, appartement autant fonctionnel que rempli de charme! Le quartier est parfait pour un séjour en couple, l’ultra centre est facile d’accès et la rue super calme! Réservez les yeux fermés!

L’appartement est beau, très bien équipé, propre et fonctionnel. Le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner est fourni, et dans le quartier on trouve des épiceries. L’appartement est à 10 minutes à pied de la gare. Piazza Maggiore est à 25 minutes de marche en ligne droite. Seul bémol : le bar en dessous de l’appartement et sa terrasse qui se trouve sous les fenêtres de la chambre. Les bruits métalliques forts, probablement des chaises et des tables déplacées sans soin sur le plancher en céramique, des portes métalliques claquées avec force, sont dérangeants jusqu’à très tard dans la nuit, parfois jusqu’à 2h30. S’y ajoutent les discussions animées, la musique forte parfois, la diffusion de prière certains matins dès 7h et la forte odeur de chicha sur la terrasse qui empêche d’ouvrir les fenêtres. Pour le touriste de passage avec de bons bouchons pour les oreilles la nuit ça va, surtout que l’appart est impeccable. Cela doit être pénible et usant à long terme pour le voisinage.

Antonio è molto gentile e disponibile. Un soggiorno che sicuramente ripeterò.

Wir waren zu siebt in der Unterkunft und hatten eine super Zeit. Die große Wohnung mit ihren zwei Bädern lag perfekt zwischen Hauptbahnhof und Innenstadt. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und alles war sauber. Gerne wieder!

Appartamento come da descrizione, rifornito di tutto l'essenziale. Zona comoda per visitare il centro storico nonchè molto vicina a tutti i servizi di prima necessità. Josefina è stata da subito molto gentile nel venire incontro alle nostre esigenze. Abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno.

une personne très gentille et à l'écoute, elle parle très bien français et nous a trés bien conseillé pour trouver un restaurant. Elle a offert à notre fille une petite poule et des chocolats car c'était le weekend de Pâques, une charmante attention et avait préparé un panier pour notre chien.Bref nous avons été très bien accueillis.Quant au logement, il est très spacieux, bien aménagé, il y a absolument tout ce qu'il faut, il ne manque rien. L'environnement est très calme et il y a de belles balades à faire. Je recommande chaudement !

Lovely stay, the only feedback we have is that the shower in the main bathroom is only either v hot water or v cold, nothing else. If this is just down to the way you do it, it would be good to have instructions as it was a problem for us.

Casa molto curata e pulita. Buona la posizione. Molto bene attrezzata e fornita di tutto il necessario, carta igienica, sapone, finanche zucchero caffè e tutto ciò di cui si necessita.Unica pecca il parcheggio nn smp facile da trovare e i rumori del condominio, un po' fastidiosi dato il piano terra. Nel complesso consigliato.

Appartamento molto accogliente e funzionale, host cordiale e sempre disponibile. Decisamente consigliato.
