La casa di Sam diventa sin dall'ingresso il tuo spazio,ampia,ariosa,luminosa,ben arredata e riservata una vera perla dove il più è rappresentato dallo spazio esterno.Situata in zona perfettamente collegata senza alcun tipo di caos,ampia possibilità di parcheggio. Host e collaboratori deliziosi. Location impeccabile

fortunati ad avere due bellissime tiepide giornate a fine ottobre. Siamo anche riusciti a fare il bagno nella bella piscina dell'alloggio... sarebbe stato un peccato non sfruttarla. Yee!

Nagyon jó választás. Simone előre elküldte a szükséges információkat. A ház modern,jól felszerelt,gyönyörű lakóparkban ,kedves szomszédokkal. Az uszoda hibátlan. Sok kirándulásra van lehetőség .Bármikor visszamennék.

I loved Chiara’s place! Perfect location and easy for taxis to get close to so you don’t have to trek your luggage far yet still right down town, close to all the restaurants and shops. The place was super clean and well appointed with everything you need, nice linens and new towels and a spacious shower. It’s the little thoughtful things that make a great stay and it was nice to have all toiletries available and coffee, laundry detergent, etc. tastefully decorated, felt big for a studio. Great for couples or solo travelers. And street entrance, no stairs. Would def stay again. Thank you!

We had a truly amazing stay at Marilia's place. The apartment can be reached easily with the car and was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The place was clean, cozy and had a spectacular view over the bay of golfo aranci. Marilia is one of the best airbnb hosts I have had so far! She was always quick with replys and gave us super suggestions for restaurants and helped with various questions. Thank you for the amazing stay, Marilia!

La casa se encuentra a solo 3 cuadras de la avenida principal. El bus que nos trajo desde el puerto nos dejó a media cuadra y el bus para ir al aeropuerto lo tomamos en el mismo lugar (media cuadra del alojamiento), la ubicación es maravillosa. Yo alquile auto y pude estacionar todos los días sin problema. El barrio es tranquilo. La casa está realmente equipada con todo lo que necesitas para tu estadía. Desde lavaropas hasta sombrilla para la playa. Fue muy cómodo y fácil alojarse, Gabriela es muy amable, todo el tiempo estuvo en contacto con nosotros por si necesitábamos algo. Sin duda volver a alquilar aquí si vuelvo a Cerdeña!

Appartamento davvero piacevole e con una bellissima vista sul centro di San Pantaleo, paese comodo per raggiungere rapidamente i vari punti di interesse della zona. Il terrazzo é un plus non da poco! Natalia (l’host) si é dimostrata molto gentile e più che disponibile in ogni interlocuzione.

Camilla ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Das Haus ist super neu, Badezimmer schön und der pool hat eine schöne Größe. Läden und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Strände in der Nähe sind super schön. Alles war wirklich super. Danke Camilla

Jacqui’s place was amazing! We spent a week there with a family of 7 and had the most wonderful time together. It’s beautiful and even way better than in the pictures. This place gives you all the rest and piece of mind that you can wish for. Super clean and very stylish, beautiful with attention to details. We enjoyed it very much. It’s quite special that there is a main house and 2 separate tiny houses with a bath/shower. The surroundings are very nice and there is also a small village close by. It’s just great! Can really recommend Jacqui’s place. 10+ for sure

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. Nous avons pu profiter de la belle villa, bien située, calme. Ceci malgré un temps d'avril au début pluvieux, puis très venteux. L'environnement, en particulier l'île proche de la Caprera, se prête à de magnifiques randonnées. Le village de La Maddalena est très proche, 5' en voiture, et on y trouve tout le nécessaire. L'hôte nous a très bien reçu et s'est montré très arrangeant pour les heures d'arrivée et de départ.

In der wunderschönen Villa Ginepro haben wir fünf entspannte Tage im Frühling verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und wohnlich eingerichtet und bietet allen möglichen Komfort. Die Lage am Rande einer Feriensiedlung ist ruhig und doch zentral: In wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand oder auch im Zentrum von Palau, wo eine Reihe von guten Restaurants zu finden sind. Die Vermieter reagierten immer sofort auf Fragen und lösten unsere anfänglichen kleinen Probleme mit WLAN und Warmwasser freundlich und effizient. Für vier Personen ist die Villa perfekt geeignet, für sechs wird es allenfalls etwas eng, etwa wenn man wegen des Wetters nicht auf der Terrasse essen kann.

Notre séjour chez Valerio, c'est très bien passé, la maison est très bien équipée, les lits sont confortables . la maison est proche de la voie rapide ce qui permet d'être rapidement à Olbia, sur la côte... on entend les voitures que légèrement quand nous sommes dehors . Valerio nous a toujours répondu rapidement

Umberto nous a accueilli à notre arrivée, hôte très gentil et disponible a tout moment pour ses voyageurs. Location très bien placé, nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Umberto

Alloggio molto accogliente e con tutti i comfort (aria condizionata, lavatrice, asciugatrice e lavastoviglie funzionante) con un bel giardino/terrazza dove poter mangiare all’esterno e poter fare un bel barbecue. Nota positiva: il check-in et check-out flessibili ed in autonomia, posto macchina di fronte al giardino, un supermercato a 5 minuti a piedi, l’host molto disponibile e reattivo. Nota negativa: la pulizia dell’alloggio al nostro arrivo, andava verificata poiché abbiamo dovuto rilavare federe e lenzuola. Vi erano 2 bagni nell’alloggio, ma purtroppo solo uno provvisto di doccia, e per un gruppo di 7 persone non è stato molto pratico, purtroppo la doccia esterna non era disponibile. La spiaggia più vicina non è a prossimità, per raggiungerla meglio andare in macchina. La piscina è più vicina all’alloggio, peccato che per accedervi bisogna pagare sdraio ed ombrellone. In generale abbiamo trascorso un buon soggiorno.

Luigi was a fantastic host, giving us recommendations for local restaurants and tips. The apartment is in a lovely complex and we loved the small, quiet beach a 5 minute walk away. It was well equipped with everything we needed and I would definitely stay again!

I had a great stay at Daniele's. He was always easy to contact and very friendly upon arrival. Tha space was great and had all the amenities that I needed. Would definitely recommend.

Il soggiorno è stato davvero molto piacevole, avevamo pensato di stare tre giorni poi siamo rimasti oltre tre giorni. L’appartamento è in una posizione strategica vicino a tutte le spiagge più belle. Un gran bel soggiorno, torneremo di sicuro

Nous avons passons à très agréable séjours chez Claudia qui est une hôte très sympathique et très vive dans ses réponses. Le logement était super mais malheureusement il faut prendre la voiture pour tout (mais nous le savions on voit qu’il n’est pas directement dans le centre) le logement est très bien aménagé !!

Unsere Zeit in der Ferienwohnung in Olbia war sehr angenehm. Die großen Fernseher in jedem Schlafraum und in der Wohnküche waren ein tolles Extra, besonders nach einem langen Tag. Zwar war die Küchenausstattung für sechs Personen etwas knapp bemessen, aber dank der vielen tollen Restaurants in der Nähe war das kein großes Problem. Die zentrale Lage zum Hafen und den Geschäften hat unseren Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet. Alles in allem eine gute Wahl für einen Urlaub in Olbia!

Andrea and Christina were the perfect hosts, they made us feel relaxed and at home and were super friendly and suggested activities, restaurants and even different places in Sardinia to visit. There is a lot of things accessible to where we stayed, however if you do love exploring new places we do advise getting a car because bus system is not the best in Olbia. But when we told Andrea and Christina, they helped us out massively with getting a car. We love to explore, we went by train to the capital for one day and we visited different ports and beaches. They made our experience so much better for our honeymoon it was perfect! And there is a little bakery underneath so fresh sweets and coffee first thing is perfect! We will definitely be back next year with them they made our experience even better! Couldn’t fault them 1 bit!

Complex is very new, in a nice location with all amenities within walking distance. The surrounding area is nice and calm and good to having parking available. Lovely to just sit and look at the views from the balcony. Apartment had everything that we required, was neat and tidy. Even though it was out of season the swimming pool was open although we didn’t try it. Check in and check out instructions very clear and also some lovely touches with the welcome pack and gifts. It was perfect for us and was an ideal place to explore the island. For couples or a family this would be a perfect spot in my opinion. This provided us a great opportunity to get our first taste of what this beautiful island has to offer and we would certainly return to this apartment and Sardinia if we get a chance.
