There is a large private backyard and water views from both decks. Boat launches are close by. Access the beach by private steps across the road or follow the road to a private sandy beach west of the point and St. Andrew's Park.

The Harbour House Montague

This is a completely renovated 80+ year old house which was originally a bakery in the 40s. Everything has been replaced and modernized with added touch of architectural details like timber frame construction, custom cabinetry, millwork and furniture. It is located directly in the fishing harbour in central Montague with two breweries a coffee shop and restaurants a short walk away. During Lobster season guests can buy lobster from fishermen at the wharf at 11:30am everyday.
