The Little House

The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

Peaceful, renovated cottage with year-round hot tub less than a mile from Marsh Creek State Park and lake! 1 bedroom (with king size bed!), 1 bathroom The park has hiking, fishing & water sports. Close to great dining, breweries, coffee, & other activities, but far enough from town to feel relaxing & somewhat secluded. Dog friendly! Welcome to 4oh9! A renovated duplex within a short walking distance to downtown on a beautiful tree lined street with homes dating back to the 1800’s. The duplex is located on an important avenue that connects major highways from New York to Philadelphia & Atlantic City. The downstairs unit is where you’ll be staying. It has a one bedroom with full bath, full kitchen & 1/2 bath with a full sized living room & sofa bed. We want 409 to be your comfortable, cozy getaway!

The Millhaus

This is the original "tiny house." Built in 1766, the Millhaus sits on a 32-acre historic site with the Knauer Mill, Horseshoe Trail, and French Creek. Take a short hike along the water's edge to Saint Peter’s Village for coffee & pastries, or dinner & drinks. Recharge with modern touches like onsite massage and private fitness amenities, available by appointment. Stay put and unwind—or venture out and explore the best of PA from this beautiful location!

Spring has sprung! Fire🔥pit is ready. Chalet booked? Check out our Lakeside Cottage next door. Both have magnificent views of scenic wildlife & the Lake . Paddle through the wilds of our upper lake. Explore the Egg Harbor River ecosystem. Paddle boat use is gratis. Canoe, paddles & safety vests available for $20 your entire stay. Atlantic City and Philly just 30 miles away. Wrap around deck puts great outdoors just outside the lakeside patio.
