Perfect place to stay for a couples get away, working remote, or working in the Monroe area. Cozy! Private! Romantic! Perfect for the fisherman as well.

Beautiful and private backyard looking out at picturesque water views. Has a private dock to pull your boat up to. There is a marina, as well as a public boat launch less than 5 minutes away and Lake Erie is only a 10-minute boat ride from the house. You can also access the Huron River using kayaks within 5 minutes from our dock. The backyard has a patio and a built-in fire pit with a hot tub to enjoy both summer and winter nights with gorgeous sunsets over the water as your backdrop.

A perfect get a way for a couple or group of friends. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, game room(pool table, ping pong, shuffleboard, foosball, dart board, giant Jenga and ring toss) full kitchen, and laundry. 2 couches inside the house, 2 couches in the game room. Grill on the back patio. The 5 guest sleeping arrangement is 2 guests in the queen bed, 2 guests in the full bed and 1 guest on the large couch.

Cozy apartment with kitchenette and en suite bath is located on the second floor (no elevator) of a beautiful Victorian house turned apartment building. Apartment includes one queen sized bed, dining table and chairs, two upholstered chairs, kitchenette with microwave (no oven), small refrigerator and coffee maker, private bath with tub/shower, smart tv, and xfinity Wifi. Free washer and dryer are available in the basement.
