This apartment is beautiful, stylish, and clean. Perfect place for parents to stay when visiting an IU student. This is a much nicer, more spacious accommodation than the local hotels. Samira and Tareq are 5+Star hosts! They really care about their guests. We happened to be traveling during the biggest party weekend in Bloomington, so street noise was tricky to avoid. The flip side is, location is excellent in terms of dining, shopping and walkability. Samira’s guide curates the best spots to visit.

This is truly a diamond of a place! Our second stay here and it is just fantastic. Location is obviously the best—right on Kirkwood in the middle of the action. But the place itself is outstanding. Beautifully decorated, with so many wonderful details and touches to make the guests feel at home. The best beds! And bedding! Everything feels top quality and well thought out. It’s a wonderful place to come back to after a day or evening out! Dori is a terrific host and great at communicating. We will be back!

It was perfect for me and my bridesmaids before my wedding. Cameron checked in to make sure we didn’t have any questions or problems. I would definitely use the space again if I was in the area.

Our stay at Brooke's place was perfect! Location, amenities, decor, cleanliness...all 10/10. Our daughter is a freshman at IU so if Brooke's place is available, we will definitely book again. Very spacious place and two parking spaces was a plus. A ton of food and shopping options within walking distance. Can't say enough great things about this place and Brooke's attention to detail and thoughtful outreach to check in our stay multiple times.

Stay was great! Everything was as expected for a fun weekend in Bloomington. Only comment was the lock feature was slightly stuck so you had to turn a little harder than normal to lock/unlock place. Once we learned this it was still pretty easy to get in and out.

Very nice, clean and cozy place to stay. Easy check in and check out. Good location for easy access to the IU campus. I hope to get the opportunity to stay here again in the future!

We loved Douglas’s house and found it even better than expected. It was extremely clean, very walkable to campus and downtown, and had the most comfortable beds! Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Bloomington!

I have stayed with Kent at this property for the same weekend four years in a row, to host some visiting friends during Bloomington's spring break period. Kent has been an exceptional host each year along the way, communicating quickly what I can expect — and immediately notifying me if my party forgot anything (which we did). Kent is a total professional and I'd be glad to reserve this property for many spring breaks to come, if it's convenient for him and his other guests. Stay here. You won't be disappointed. You may even be thrilled.

We enjoyed our stay at Andrea’s place. It was clean and close to campus. Andrea was a kind and responsive host. We hope to stay again next time we’re in Bloomington.

Came back here as alumni a couple years after graduating and had the most amazing and nostalgic stay!! Great location walkable to town and amazing porch perfect for reminiscing on old times. Felt like we were right back where all our friendships began. So much space in here for our friend group as well! And all king beds! Great hosts (:

The house was wonderful, spacious, easy to find, and so close to the B-Line, it made it very easy to walk anywhere!

We had more than enough room for 3 families. it was great to be able to stay together in one place. The living room at the back allowed the folks who wanted to stay up to do so without disturbing the others. Eating meals together in the dining room was a plus

The Porch was perfect. It was clean and bright. Easily accommodated 5 moms for moms weekend - better if you all know each other tho! Greta location for sporting events and easy walk to Kirkwood. Would definitely stay again. Decor is so well done and really gets you in the Hoosier spirit !

The whole house is amazing and Aaron and Karin added extra touches which I really appreciate! But the beds! They are THE BEST!!! Y’all! I’m staying here every single time I come to B-Town from now on!!!!

I loved our stay here. There was some slight confusion upon arrival, but after we got there everything was smooth sailing. The place was so perfect for our family-- I didn't want to leave! It is extremely peaceful and the view is incredible... especially when the trees are bare. :) We were able to play games, relax, and enjoy the park nearby. The Sahm's restaurant within the resort was great, too. I hope we are able to visit again soon and spend more time!

We had a great relaxing time at Sharon’s Cozy Condo! Her hospitality was impeccable down to a T! Every little detail made the weekend even more perfect! We will be back soon!

All I wanted was a peaceful night in with my two daughters and I got exactly that. We were able to cook together and watch a movie. There were even cards there and my daughter loves Uno so we played many rounds of that. We were also so lucky to see the most beautiful blue jay and a goldfinch off of the beautiful back patio space. I would recommend this space to anyone.

This was the perfect house for my friends and I to come visit! Highly recommend. Communication with the hosts was easy and we always got a very quick response. The house was in pristine condition, very clean and comfortable. The directions provided were very easy to follow and the property seems very well maintained. We were so close to the stadium, campus and lots of restaurants. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you!!!

Great condo. Exactly like description and pictures. Very clean and orderly. Carpets, furnishings and everything seemed new and were comfortable. Only 4 of 5 stars on value because we stayed on a very busy high demand weekend. I’m sure that on a “normal” weekend it is definitely a 5 star value. Great location and is walkable to the Square and Kirkwood Ave. I would definitely book again if needed!

Shannon did a great job communicating, seamless arrival and very clear departure instructions. Everything was as pictured, very clean, organized, would definitely stay here again. Great host!
