This home is not only comfortable and charming, but the host is amazing as well. My family needed a place to stay a day early due to an emergency. Katie responded quickly and was able to accommodate us!

We had a great stay at the house to visit our daughter for Easter. The property was perfect for hosting our daughter and her friends from college; plenty of outdoor space for a cookout, a warm and cozy interior to help the college kids feel "at home", and comfortable accommodations for us all who stayed at the house. The yard is large with a fenced-in area for our dog, who LOVED it! Please keep in mind if there is rain, the yard can be a bit soggy, but that is to be expected and didn't deter us at all. The grill and other kitchen/cooking amenities were great, and Marcia left a TON of snacks and breakfast food for the house. The whole vibe of the place is authentically "farmhouse", which we loved. We did not use any televisions. etc, but we did see a few, so "modern conveniences" are there. We will surely consider renting again for future trips and highly recommend this rental.

Stayed here for a fun weekend in Morgantown. Highly recommend, by far the cheapest AirBnb we found and is amazing for the price. Maria is a delight to work with. She answered any questions we had very quickly. She even left us a surprise after 2 people in our group canceled on us. Thank you Maria!!

This is a nice location for visiting family members attending Penn State. It's an easy 15 minute drive to campus and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. The beds are comfortable and everything in the home worked properly for us.

We stayed here while visiting our son at Ohio U. The beds were so comfortable & the showers were great! Would definitely stay here again

This is my third or fourth time staying with Melinda and Todd and every time has been a perfect stay. I have stayed at a lot of Airbnbs and Melissa and Todd are the most gracious hosts I’ve ever dealt with. Very friendly and super responsive. The apartment includes several snacks and cold drinks in the fridge. There’s a binder with very clear instructions for everything, and also a basket full of local restaurant menus. It really is a fantastic place to stay.

We felt at home as soon as we walked in. Very roomy and great use of space. We really appreciated the food left for us in the refrigerator (muffins, yogurt, LaCrouix, eggs, half n’ half. Tons of closet space and 2 large TV’s. We especially enjoyed the heater fan in the shower! We would definitely stay here again.

Bar far the best we’ve stayed at. Breakfast was incredible. Jeanette and Bill were so informative and hospitable. I cannot say enough good things.

We loved Josh’s place. It was extra cozy and comfortable. Great space while visiting our daughter st PSU. Bed was exceptionally comfortable beats a hotel any day! We will be back!

My family and I really enjoyed staying here and would definitely visit again. Having a full kitchen to feed my college student a healthy meal was wonderful! The location was private and quiet and definitely worth the trip.

We have stayed here a few times and it is the perfect place to sleep. There are many state parks close by for hiking and much to explore in Dubois

We had an absolute GREAT time!! Pat was an amazing host, and the space was so beautiful! Just to sleep in the historical house was an incredible experience, and then to top it off, Pat provided us with an amazing breakfast! Everywhere you looked there were snacks, an open pantry, and many spaces to eat, chill, and read. We loved our stay!

Tom and Stephanie are warm, kind and gracious hosts. The rooms are clean, warm and beautifully decorated, very homey. Breakfast, Stephanie prepared each morning, were delicious. The hot shower was really nice with abundant hot water, even though the rooms are on the third floor. Parking is easy to find on the street. We really enjoy our stay and will go back when we visit again.

This was a perfect stay for us! Keith was a generous and responsive host who immediately made us feel right at home. The space was super clean and location convenient for our evening event. Keith greeted us in person and we especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast and friendly conversation in the morning. This was one of my most positive AirBnB experiences ever, and I've had a lot of really good ones. Denise and Mark were very proactive in their communication, so we knew exactly what to expect when we needed to. They were entirely flexible about our check-in time, and the space was supremely conducive to relaxation for a long weekend. We enjoyed breakfast brought to our room every morning. We spent time playing cards and other games in the beautiful living/drawing room on the main level on one evening and one afternoon. We enjoyed extra post-breakfast coffee from the coffee station on the main floor, along with evening-time chamomile tea. We were walking distance from historic homes and a historic cemetery, and we really enjoyed 4 great restaurants in the vicinity, and picked up some items at the lovely nearby Good Natured grocery. It was a quick walk to and from the train station. The bed was super comfortable and we had a great time. Highly recommend!

Very cozy as described. The sauna is what sold us on this stay as we were staying for a wrestling tournament and that helped our boys recover. Peacefully scenery felt at home and wish we could have had more time to spend on the property.

Lovely, serene, quiet, comfy. Felt welcome upon arrival with Kendall. Marsha gave brief history of the farm, kind and open hearted. Josie, her 11 year old daughter was 100% awesome in our Tour of grounds and animals and we had a nice walk down to Bridge together. Breakfast was great, a country menu as i am used to growing up in WV, but been in Ca for 35 years!! So Nostalgia was EPIC HERE!!! 💖💖💖

Diane was very sweet and extremely accommodating!! It felt much more like a classic BnB than a modern AirBnB (in a good way!) One thing I’d note is the bedroom door/bathroom don’t appear to lock and there can be another guest staying at the same time. But beyond that it was a great stay. It felt homey and safe. Would definitely recommend to others hoping to stay in Butler
