Tranquility & Vistas on the Farm in the Guest Barn

When you arrive at our 16 acre farmstead and enter the Guest Barn, you'll notice the construction materials which were salvaged from a nearby barn and corncrib. The timbers from these buildings were torn down, moved to our farm and rebuilt into a smaller “new” barn. It truly represents a real farm experience you can feel. While here, you'll slow down and enjoy the tranquility. Walk around the farm, make friends with a cow, watch barn kitties play, while gazing across the vast farm vistas.

The Cottage Cabin

The Cottage Cabin is a unique modern cabin. It is an addition to the Railway Lodge , Cabin area. Still private and peaceful but yet perfect for couples or bigger families to be together on this large property if needed. Plenty of space to roam ,fish , sit and relax by the fire. If you are looking for a relaxing place the Cottage Cabin is perfect. Don’t be alarmed by the Trains “ Railway Lodge” when going by pretty cool to see at night. You are secluded but still close enough to nearby towns.

The Night Deposit

Deposit yourself! Bank built in 1917, just 10 minutes on blacktop from Toppling Goliath Brewery. Located in Frankville Iowa and just a few miles up the hill from the Yellow River. Queen bed in one bedroom, and a futon in the main space. Full kitchen stocked with pancake mix and sausages. City Park is four blocks away or Nintendo 64, electric guitar and keyboard, or board games for rainy days. Also feel free to play whatever music you find, just return it. Large backyard and hammock.

Creekside-water and nature lovers paradise

Is this Heaven? Maybe. Are you looking for a fun getaway for yourself, family, or friends? Well, look no further. Our place is ready for you to make lifelong memories. Create and tell stories while sitting under the stars next to the crackling campfire. Do your morning yoga by the babbling stream. Hike the trails. Soak up the sun on the sandy beach while listening to the waterfall. Laugh and splash your kiddos in our pond. Beach chairs, sand toys, floaties, kayaks, and more.

Historic Barr House Walk to the Mississippi River

The Historic Barr House, located 2 blocks from the Mississippi River, is a great location. The home was built in the 1800s and has been recently renovated, but retains its charm. Local attractions include, Mississippi River views, Pikes Peak State Park, Effigy Mounds National Monument, fishing and boating, antique shops and restaurants, seasonal events. Cushion Cabins East

Very private, secluded and relaxing spot within 30 yards of walking or biking trail. Enjoy wildlife, plenty of deer and eagles to watch off the large open front porch. Fire pits for each cabin with firewood provided. Grill provided in front yard. Two private bedrooms with a queen bed in each. Kitchen included microwave, 2-burner stove and full size refrigerator. Coffee make and toaster also provided. River for canoeing and kayaking within walking distance.

Linton Lodge

Relax with the whole family at this rural retreat on a gravel road. Its convenient location lets you explore the driftless area. You may see wildlife and birds, insects and wildflowers. There could also be mud, dust or snow because the Midwest weather is always changing. It is cozy and comfortable in this farmhouse nestled in an oak grove. If you love the outdoors and Iowa, this place is for you! Pets are welcome, maximum of two with pet fee paid at booking.

The Cottage

A Quaint Cottage on the Mississippi River one mile north of Marquette, IA. One bedroom with additional sofa sleeper in the common area. Public boat landing, Casino and Winery all within one mile. Gas grill and fire pit on site. Effigy Mounds and Pikes Peak within 3 miles. Prairie du Chien just across the bridge. Great eating and shopping in nearby McGregor! Fun family getaway or great area for fishermen! Seasonal cottage books May thru Mid October.

Paradise Point sleeps 2 Hot Tub

1 bedroom 1 bath with loft. Cozy home where you can see Paradise. This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Views for miles of the Mississippi River, bluff tops and you can soar with the Eagles. What a place to relax in the newly added hot tub while you enjoy the view in what is call "God's Country". This is promised to be a one of a kind view. The Deck with comfortable outdoor seating Located in the heart of WIsconsin's Driftless Region.

A peaceful little place to rest and refresh while visiting family and friends or exploring the driftless region of NE Iowa and SW Wisconsin. Nestled in the bluffs on the western bank of the Mississippi you'll be only a couple minutes from the bridge to Prairie du Chien and all the other places of interest up and down both sides of the river; including Pikes Peak State Park, Effigy Mounds, Wyalusing State Park and Cabela's just to name a few.
