The acreage adjoins Old Wire Conservation Area, an 800 acre Missouri Conservation area with hiking trails.

At Wayfield Corporate Stay, our immaculately clean, modern studio apartments are a great space for business professionals visiting Monett, those visiting friends of family in the area, or anyone looking for a clean space to rest while passing thru. Our studios are located one mile north of town, in a peaceful setting, set back off Highway H.
