Una casa che rispetta i canoni architettonici di questo luogo patrimonio Unesco. La casa è composta da due piani completamente autonomi, quello che vedete nell'annuncio riguarda il piano superiore che ha una stanza matrimoniale con vista mare, un grande salone con balcone, una stanza a due letti singoli e uno soppalcato, una cucina molto grande il bagno con massaggio plantare . Aria condizionata/calda e pale presenti in ogni stanza, terrazza per tramonti unici . Il mare è vicinissimo.

Συγκρότημα ενοικιαζομενων καταλυμάτων που βρίσκεται στο χωριό Ελιά του Δήμου Μονεμβασιάς.Το διαμέρισμα καλύπτει 56 m2 και φιλοξενεί 4 άτομα. Είναι ιδανικό για ζευγάρια ή οικογένειες με παιδιά. Η αμμώδης παραλία απέχει μόλις 40 μέτρα από το σπίτι. Το διαμέρισμα έχει A/C και κεντρική θέρμανση για να σας φιλοξενήσει τους χειμερινούς μήνες. Διαθέτει χώρο στάθμευσης έξω από το κατάλυμα.
