My spouse and I enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. The pool and hot tub is amazing. We loved the garage and playing ping pong. The kitchen has everything you need and is very clean. The living area and front room are beautiful. Kristin and Bob put a lot of thought on the details and made the home feel welcoming. We enjoyed being so close to the beach access and only being 8 blocks from the pier. The restaurants are amazing, Catch 23 was a fav. Don’t forget to go by McKelvin’s Surf Shop! Folly Beach is beautiful and peaceful, we would love to stay again in the home. Kristin was great communicating with me and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend staying in this home.

Frank was a great host for our small group of mom’s. We enjoyed the space, sipping coffee and wine on the balcony. The place was near the King Street action but far enough to not be right in the mix.

We had a great stay at Dana's place, and the dogs loved the big back yard!

Had a great stay here. Joseph messaged full instructions for check out and check in well in advance which made it super easy. Couch was very comfortable and very large so it was a great place to sleep if you have 5 people. Backyard and patio was beautiful. Was walkable to riverfront park (if you’re up for a longer walk) and park circle restaurants. Overall great location, great place, great host. No complaints

I couldn’t imagine a better place to stay with friends - such a cozy and relaxing space! So close to the beach, restaurants, grocery store, nightlife & music! Easy drive to Charleston. Corrie was an exceptional host!!

The house was exactly what we needed for two families staying together with a teen and a toddler. The activities in the house were fun and then the pool outside allowed something for everyone. Steve was a great host and communicated with us quickly! We would stay here again if we were looking for a great place outside of the hustle and bustle of the city.

We had a perfect stay at Bo and Mary Mar’s adorable house. The decorations were so tastefully done, which delighted the two art majors among our group! We had our yearly high school girls trip for the five of us. The pool was heated, clean and so very conducive to all the catch up time we could have hoped for. We ventured into Charleston, Shem Creek and Sullivan’s Island as we had to sample the good eats of the area. Hosts were very responsive, house was well appointed, neighborhood was safe for running…basically, this was the complete package. Highly recommend!

It was a great place for our whole family. It checked all the boxes for everyone. Fishing was our #1 box, having the boat dock was wonderful. They didn't have to take the boat in and out of the water everytime they fished. The indoor swimming pool was great for the kids and adults because you didn't have to wait for warm weather. The pool table was fun for all and we could all hang together in the spacious area. The kitchen was large and clean with everything you would need. We all had a great relaxing vacation. Would highly recommend this place! Working with Ingrid was wonderful! She was extremely helpful and was available when we needed her. Would love to check out her other properties. We had a lovely stay! With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, there was lots of space for 8 adults to be comfortable. The pool was used everyday and the house had everything we needed. There was a bit of an issue with the pool when we arrived but was promptly looked after the following morning. We would definitely stay again and recommend this place to anyone visiting beautiful Charleston!

We had the most wonderful stay at this beachfront Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, our host was incredibly accommodating, making sure all our needs were met. The house was exactly what we were looking for – a relaxing, lowkey getaway for our family by the beach. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the sand, and the home itself was well-equipped for a peaceful weekend. It had everything we needed to unwind, from the cozy couch to the backyard for evening hangouts. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet beach retreat!

Love this apartment in the heart of the action on Folly. Outdoor decks on front and back, very comfy king beds, block from the water and three blocks to any and all restaurants and bars. And dedicated parking. Thank you, Julia and Omar!

We had a wonderful time at Elizabeth's place. The location, at the far side of the island near the Morris Island lighthouse, was so nice. You could could get away from some of the craziness of the main stretch of Folly but it was a quick drive to get to all the restaurants. The proximity to the beach was incredible, and our kids really enjoyed being able to go back and forth from the house to the beach. We also appreciated being able to bring our dog with us. One of our best beach trips ever.

This is a great home and actually had more space and storage than we needed for our 4 night stay. Perfect for a Summerville stay and we loved our visit. Very close to Charleston, the beaches, drivable to Columbia and other end of SC as well. Great host, attentive and responsive. Ve

We had a wonderful stay with our baby and 2 small dogs! Beautiful home in a great location! It had everything we needed and more. It was so easy to get to downtown Charleston and the ride was beautiful and scenic. You can also walk to two great restaurants: Paisanos pizza and for breakfast the Smoky Yolk. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it!

We had a great visit to Charleston and Lisa’s Place was spectacular in every way – it offered location, charm, comfort and luxury. The home is spotlessly maintained and we especially enjoyed the snuggly bed linens and plush towels. We were able to walk to almost everywhere and appreciated the private off-street parking. The home is well stocked and it appears that Lisa has tried to anticipate her Guests’ every need; she was an attentive and responsive Host and we would love to come and stay again!

I recently stayed at Brett’s cozy beach-themed home with my adult kids while we attended my son’s graduation from The Citadel. The place was perfect for our needs—small but had everything we needed and it’s well-decorated with a charming beach vibe that made it feel welcoming. Brett was a solid host, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, allowing us to easily get to the campus and explore Charleston. We felt secure leaving our things while we enjoyed the graduation festivities. All in all, it was a good spot to rest our heads and create some great family memories. If we find ourselves back in Charleston, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Brett’s place again. Thanks, Brett, for your hospitality!

Amy’s home was a fantastic place to stay! Her and Daniel were incredibly responsive and helpful when it came to parking and recommendations for the area. The home was clean, spacious, and super walkable. Can’t wait to come back!

We had an amazing week with our three adult kids and their significant others! The home was beautiful! Comfy, clean, crisp ... everything we had hoped for and more! We were able to relax (plenty of comfortable space) and come together and enjoy our time together making meals, playing games, and watching movies. The location was excellent. Close to beach and town, yet quiet and private nestled in a beautiful neighborhood. Many memories were made with the family. We have already passed along our experince to interested friends and hope to have our family return again in the future.

A very comfortable home with all you need for a relaxed vacation. Really appreciate the stoked coffee machine. And well equipped kitchen. I will return next year!
