Casa Itzam is a spacious and light filled, two-bedroom home in the center of Jaibalito, a traditional Kaqchikel Maya village and a hidden jewel on the north shore of Lake Atitlán, accessible only by boat. Custom designed from warm cypress and serpentine and surrounded by a private oasis of lush fruit trees, the house has incredible southern views of the lake and volcanoes. This family-friendly house can sleep 7 (up to 9 on request), and it is a perfect getaway for couples, families, and friends.

My house is located on the lakefront between Santa Cruz and Paxanax, a five minute walk from the center of town. Casa de Larry is the perfect location to explore the wonders of Lake Atitlan. The house is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. You will have access to our beautiful Palapa deck over the lake, a huge private bedroom and bathroom, and a full kitchen. A second private bedroom with its own private bathroom can be added to your reservation for groups of 3-4.

Casa Eggedal, the Big House

Villa Eggedal is situated on the North shore of Lake Atitlan in the peaceful village of Santa Cruz. Ten acres of beautifully manicured gardens with pool overlook the lake and its surrounding volcanoes. The gardens make this a bird-watcher's paradise. There are 7 properties on this amble estate. The views are amazing but it does involve walking up numerous steps. If you are arriving after dark, please make sure to bring a torch with you. Only arrive by boat and not by car.
