Our stay was outstanding overall….stunning views, quiet/ private, close to walking path, private beach and the space was well- appointed, comfortable and clean. We loved hearing the waves and watching the sun rise AND set each day— so peaceful. There are stairs to access entryway, but it wasn’t a problem at all and parking was always available. There is a pool to use, just steps away ( also quiet) and all within a short drive to amazing restaurants, beautiful beaches, great hikes, farmers’ markets and lovely Hanalei. We would love to return and highly recommend!

Our stay entire stay has been amazing! We explored the Secret Beach, went snorkeling, and even spotted whales from the living room— such a magical moment! To top it off, I captured some stunning Milky Way photos that I’ll treasure forever. This trip and stay has truly been a dream come true. Mahalo for the unforgettable experience!

Craig’s condo was the perfect place! Located in Princeville close to many restaurants, beaches, and walking trails. The condo offered great light and was spacious. Although it was just two of us (and our pup), the condo could comfortably accommodate a family or group. We would definitely recommend for a vacation in the Princeville/Hanalei area.

We loved staying in Princeville only 10 minutes to Hanalei. The view is outstanding from morning to night. We really enjoyed the lounge at the resort when we didn’t feel like going into town or cooking, there was live music which was nice. We would stay here again no question. Mahalo!

Gorgeous neighborhood! This home is a short, easy drive to Hanalei Bay. The room was extremely clean and quiet, with an overhead fan and additional standing fan providing plenty of cool air. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place for a family vacation. Has everything you need for a beach holiday and fully stocked kitchen is a huge plus. Great view!

Puu Poa did not disappoint! The condo was spacious with great views of the ocean.

Our stay was fantastic, the view from the living room is unbeatable and we found ourselves waking up before sunrise every morning to watch with a coffee. the scramble down to the beach is well worth it for the reward of a private beach in a protected cove.

Wonderful stay ! We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and several lounging areas. It was very quiet . We saw whales breaching in the distance and albatross flying by. It’s mating season and 4 albatross (and baby) were directly across from the house- they put on quite a show! Very fun to watch. We took many walks and loved the location. We hope to return!

My fiancée and I stayed here while exploring Kauai and it’s by far our favorite airbnb! It’s always a great feeling when the airbnb is even nicer than the photos. We loved drinking our morning coffee and walking outside to enjoy one of the best views Kauai has to offer. The airbnb is in a great location and was clean, quiet and relaxing. It’s close to beaches, shops, restaurants and hiking trails - which we enjoyed everyday. We explored the entire island and Princeville is by far our favorite area. We will definitely stay here again!

Vicky was incredibly helpful before we arrived and during our stay. Her area recommendations were spot on and super helpful. She helped us find a few hidden gems in the area, and reinforced an idea we already had on our list of things to do. She handled a hiccup on the first day with quick communication, grace and kindness. The condo unit is exactly as described, in perfect shape, has all that we needed and more. Super convenient to use the beach chairs and boogie boards and condo unit provides beach towels- all to make the experience easier for travelers. We appreciated the oceanfront location, sound of the waves, views, proximity to snorkeling / lifeguarded beach at the park right next door. The location also makes an easy drive both north to Hanalei Bay and south/west to poipu and or Waimea canyon. Instructions for the house were perfect and spot on. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. When we do, we will absolutely stay here again.

The view alone is worth the stay here, but I also really enjoyed the short walk around the corner to the lava arch, which is a very cool rock bridge with huge waves crashing up against/under it. There is also a trail that takes you along the coast to shipwreck beach which is a lovely walk/run, and Poipu beach is very walkable too. The space was really comfortable - we were grateful for the AC and king size bed and spaciousness- not sure if it was the waves or having the bedroom at the end of the hallway but we often didn't even hear our kids up before us in the morning. Loved having the loft for kids and so many bathrooms. The pool was perfect for small kids and there was never anyone using the grill. We really loved Kōloa town near by- super cute area with everything you could want- coffee, ice cream, shave ice, brewhouse, tacos, small grocery, musubi/poke truck. The condo had plenty of supplies to make it a beautiful comfortable place that we really enjoyed coming back to.

Michelle's place is in a perfect location near the airport and in between Hanalei to the North and Waimea to the Southwest. Walkable to the local Safeway and several restaurants and food trucks. We especially loved hearing the ocean waves 24/7 and watching the sunrise from the balcony every morning. The amenities, including the Washer/Dryer, are topnotch so don't be afraid to pack light. Michelle was easy to contact and very friendly. Would absolutely book again.

The space was exactly as described, and better maintained than your average airbnb spot. The patio provides a satisfying ocean breeze while the indoor portable A/C units catch up. The location was also great for walks along the shoreline, with <5 minutes drive to spots in poipu. Will definitely be back again if we're in the area.

Hands down our best Airbnb experience ever, the house is better than the photos, was clean, comfortable and right on a beach with a wonderfully well kept and large yard. It was a pleasure to come back to it each day after exploring the island. That said, what made the trip exceptional was the host, Kendall was a pleasure to interact with, always responsive and super helpful regarding the house and the area, made several recommendations and even called local resources to confirm that certain parks were open or closed during our stay. We can highly recommend staying here, no regrets.

The best Airbnb we have ever stayed out. Hearing the ocean while you sleep is just so relaxing! The beach behind the house is great. There is the cutest coffee shop The Haven close by. Quick access to our favorite beach Tunnels.

My wife and I enjoyed staying at this condo. We have stayed at Hanalei Bay Resort in the past and enjoy the natural beauty and location of the complex itself. This lower level unit has amazing views, a great lanai, and is furnished with almost all the things you would hope to have. A boogie board would have been an added bonus. The only thing I think others may want to know before renting this unit is that there is a door that passes through to another unit next door. The door was closed for our stay, but we could hear the neighbors comings and goings and conversations very clearly. Fortunately, during our stay, the neighbors were considerate of this and it wasn't much of an issue. Overall I would highly consider renting this unit again.

It’s a clean and spacious for 4 adults, and a nice location- walking distance to the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances for what we need. Also plenty of beach towels and beach chairs, inflatable tubes. My daughter loved sleeping with the sound of beach waves. Susanne responded to my questions quickly and kindly.

Very comfortable apartment. Met our expectations from the description. A convenient location to be able to drive around the island. David provided helpful suggestions of things to see and do. Both bedrooms were very comfortable but it is worth noting that for light sleepers, the front bedroom can be noisy due to people coming and going in the car park and the main road traffic. Also to be aware that the second bedroom is connected to the living room by a screen door which does not cut out light or noise if someone is up or watching TV.

The ocean sound throughout the place was amazing! Loved the backyard. Great beach and location!

LaniKai #131 is absolutely beautiful. A lovely condo that is very private (only about 18 units total) we felt right at home & although there were others around. A lot of the time we had the pool or community areas to ourselves. The coconut marketplace was walkable (maybe a block) & you could do shopping, pick up basics from the ABC store or grab dinner at the restaurants. The beach was beautiful and had nice safe areas for kids. Many times we walked along the shore & path to Lava Lava for happy hour or breakfast. The condo itself was absolutely perfect. The finishes were beautiful and made us feel at home. I like to unpack and there were truly many storage areas & hooks, in the bedrooms and bathrooms that were very thoughtful for guests. & the whole home A/C was much appreciated since we come from a cooler climate. There were also many outlets that made for easy charging of electronics. & we loved the seating in the main room for everyone to spread out. We definitely plan to return!!

Enjoyed the most mellow and relaxing vacation with my adult children. We walked daily on the great pathway and took in the blue ocean and the peaceful setting. The neighborhood was quiet and what I expected. We enjoyed eating at all the wonderful local places within a casual 20 minute walk. It was rainy this time of the year so sometime we just stayed and chilled in the awesome living room. The house is old so it has its charms but it felt like going to a beach house. There are plenty of windows and we slept with them open and it was very windy at night so we didn’t miss the a/c at all. We are from the Pacific Northwest, my son said he was surprised that 72 degrees could feel so cold and it was funny to see him wear his puffy jacket at times. Anyone staying here in the spring should probably bring a jacket because the wind and moisture can make it feel a lot colder than it should be due to being right next to the ocean. This is an excellent location overall.
