Trailside Camp - near Oneonta & Cooperstown

Trailside Camp - our newest addition to Brook Hollow Homestead. This is a new 10'x12' canvas wall tent on a wood platform. You have the option of having it set up with a king bed or two twin beds. There is an outdoor sink and cooking area complete with a mini frige and a two burner stove. The outdoor shower has both hot and cold water. The outhouse has a standard camping toilet. This area sits at the entrance to our 120 acres and trails. Come for the experience that will last a lifetime.

Glamp Suzanne on Flower Farm

At the edge of a wildflower meadow with mountain views, this beautifully furnished glamping tent has two queen beds and private deck. Each of our four tents has a kitchenette in the Lodge, and there is a lovely Bath House. Enjoy wood-fired pizza (most but not all nights) and our new all natural wood hot tub (available for 1 hour private booking $25) 40 acres of meadows, woods, pond, streams and trails. Nightly bonfires and star gazing, a nearby lake and rafting in the Hudson River below.

A perfect getaway or adventure for friends, couples or small families! This listing is for one of 4 raised platform tents, located at the top of a hill, with a beautiful view. The tent has 1 queen bed, a set of shelves and drawers for storage, and front porch to relax on. There is a fire pit, outhouses, outdoor showers (cold only!), trails woods to roam, and stream to wade in. Bring your groceries - there is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with grills, fridges, and all the necessities!

Reconnect with nature! 10x10' Canvas tent camping on 10 acres. The tent is equipped with a queen mattress only. Please bring your own bedding! Come and Enjoy our 300 acre Christmas tree farm! Located at the top of our property overlooking the tree fields and woods and pond below.Enjoy Hiking, Boating and Fishing right on the property. All very Private!! Not far from town , brewery, wineries, Waterfalls and other wonderful places to enjoy. Enjoy viewing the Stars at night and sitting by a campfire and the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place.(An All Wheel Drive or Four Wheel Drive Vehicle is recommended)

Riverside screen house

Screenhouse on the side of the West Canada Creek. Please note this is a 1000 foot walk from your vehicle unless you have a 4wd or all wheel drive vehicle. Site includes a 10 ft by 10 ft screenhouse, picnic table, and outhouse, fire pit, 2 chairs, but no bed. Have 115 acres of farm to explore along the creek, swim in the creek, bring your kayak, tube down the river, or fish for trout in the creek. Please note the river can get busy in the summer on weekends with tubers.
