This is our second time staying here when we come to visit family. We love the location, quiet and just a couple minutes from our grandchildren. Easy access, cute cozy clean home nice kitchen amenities.

We were looking for a quiet family getaway while visiting family in the area - this was the perfect place. The surrounding area was gorgeous, surrounded by fall leaves with a nearby lake to take in. Robert was a generous and responsive host - would absolutely recommend!

June & Mark are fantastic hosts! They are very proactive and communicative making each step very easy. Their home is lovely and comfortable, and it was impeccably clean! The multiple bedrooms all with comfortable beds made this perfect for our group of 6. I highly recommend their Airbnb for your travels. You will not be disappointed. We will definitely be back!

This was not our first stay and it won’t be our last. Convenient and walking distance to town and campus, as well as per friendly, this location works out perfectly when attending our student’s games or other events on campus.

We had a nice stay with Cora, who is so kind and helpful. We had some issues with the portable AC units and the front door lock but, she took care of it very quickly. It was the perfect place to stay for move in day. Thanks, Cora!

The house was exactly what is pictured. We have been here a few times and each time we were not disappointed. Could use a couple full size mirrors but other than that the place was immaculate and Cindy is very responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here.

AMAZING HOME!! Concept design home, very well furnished. We loved all the personal elements it had! The location is great and the hike down to the water was perfect. Highly recommend booking this escape!

When I first pulled up to Kliment's, I literally teared up - that's how breath-taking his spot is. It was just what the doctor ordered... if doctors actually treated your mind, body, and soul and not just your body :) Seriously though, Kliment's place was an oasis for me: private, quiet, peaceful, with amazing views of the Catskill mountains. His home itself was beautifully decorated, simple yet super cozy, and had everything I needed and then some. (And the chickens were lovely company as well!) Kliment is one of the best Airbnb hosts I have ever had, hands down. With a very hectic schedule, Kliment was flexible, responsive, kind and patient with accommodating my many change requests and needs throughout my stay. Kliment is not just a wonderful host, but also a truly wonderful person - the world needs more people like him. In short: I can't recommend Kliment's home or him as a host enough! If you are hovering over the "Reserve Now" button, book it!!! You won't regret it! :)

Evan was more than accommodating; He responds immediately and takes great care of the property overall. I have just recently been diagnosed with muscular dystrophy and it has been hard finding a place that met all of my accessibility needs. While I'm not yet wheel chair bond, I can't do stairs. Having a stair free entrance and walk in shower made everything much more convenient. The pool is bigger than I thought it would be as well! 10/10 all the way around!

We came up for a family weekend, but needed a pet friendly place to stay with our little pup. Yasiel's airb&b was the best place we've ever stayed while traveling. We slept great, made yummy food, and relaxed in between events! We can't wait to visit again!

We had a great stay. The house is very big, spacious, well decorated and clean. It felt very cozy. The house rules were clear and the host was reachable at any time.

This house is a gem. Admittedly it’s far from home if you are coming from NYC, which is where my family is. However, the upside is that this house is beautiful, on a big private area, and the absolute perfect place for a getaway with kids. We were three families with three little girls who hopefully made forever memories. I hope we will be back again soon!

This was a absolute gem of an Airbnb. The location was everything my wife and I imagine for our kids to grow up in one day. The plot of land the home sat on was one from a fairytale. Melody was a great host. We will 100% be back to this location.

We had such a nice stay at Cody’s. The bubble was the perfect escape from the city for the weekend. Everything was just as described. The fire pit and hot tub were great ways to enjoy the outdoor area. We loved the large sofa right against the big window overlooking the mountains. Cody was very thorough in his instructions and communication. We would absolutely book this again.

This location was extremely beautiful and relaxing. We enjoyed every minute of it. Its great for a family or just a couple. I highly recommend this beautiful home.

Julia’s cabin was exactly what my wife and I were looking for. The cabin had everything that we needed. Nice and secluded area. Never saw any of the neighbors around and it was a very quiet area. Beautiful creek flowing through the back yard to hangout around. A very nice fire pit to build a fire in the backyard. And the most important thing was the perfect hot tub that is there. Being dog friendly and being able to bring our dog also made it that much better. Would highly recommend visiting here if you want a nice lowkey and quiet few days to yourself. I’m sure my wife and I will be visiting here again in the future.

Only there for a quick over-nite stay for a memorial for a friend. Ann and Frank built this Air b'n'b purposefully into the lower level of their home when they built it. The apartment is spacious, immaculate and beautifully decorated. Step out the door to the view of the pond and beautiful countryside. 10 minute drive to quaint county seat of Norwich , NY. with restaurants, shopping, movie theatre, etc. Easy drives to Cooperstown baseball Hall of Fame or Ithaca (Finger Lakes, Cornell University.) We lived in the area for 30 years before moving south to be closer to our grandchildren. It was nice to be "home."

Had an amazing time staying at Rachelle's wonderful airbnb. It was incredibly clean, felt like home away from home. Had a cozy and private atmosphere. If you get the chance highly recommend staying here. Rachelle was also very quick to respond to messages.

My friend & I had a great stay here at Glenn & Lisa’s place. It was cozy, cute & perfect for photos. We loved the barn vibe. The space was slightly smaller than we had expected, but it was the perfect size for 2 people. We loved that we were able to bring our fur baby & the fact we weren’t super close by to other houses so we had some privacy. Everything was clean & free of clutter. They left us several snacks & a bottle of wine which was really sweet. The bed was comfortable & we also enjoyed the hot tub outside on the porch. Due to the snow & wind we weren’t able to go hiking, but it was great that there looked like so many places to visit close by. We had a lot of fun here & would love to visit this town again for more adventures. Thanks again for hosting us & accommodating a later check out! We appreciate it & would recommend this space to other guests. :)

Vernon & Merrie were wonderful hosts and were always very responsive before and during our stay. The house is a perfect fit for 2 families. It is very spacious and we felt like we had 2 homes in 1 with 2 full kitchens. This was a huge plus as our stay was over Thanksgiving and the extra space with 2 refrigerators, multiple ovens, etc… all came in handy. The house is very well stocked and it’s clear the hosts put a great deal of care and thought into creating a great vacation for their guests. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved the house! It looked exactly like the pictures—new, clean, and beautifully decorated for Christmas and New Year, which made our stay feel extra special. The thoughtful decor really added to the holiday spirit. The only minor suggestion we have is that it would be great to have a big dining table in the main house, but honestly, it wasn’t a big deal at all. Everything else was perfect, and we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend this place!

We had such a relaxing stay at this house. The views of the countryside and the mountain were amazing. We even had a flock of turkeys right outside the house! We loved the deck, the outside space and the open concept kitchen/living room/dining room. Great appliances for cooking and a Keurig. The master bath shower was wonderful with the rain shower head. Great location that is close to town and restaurants. Perfect size for large families. Wished we could have stayed longer. We highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again.

Location and space worked out perfectly for our little surprise birthday party. Clean, comfortable, spacious. Charming old farmhouse.
