This stunning & rustic property sits on the edge of the village yet allows for serenity while exploring the trails, woods, gardens & farm animal views. A Private speakeasy-like entry takes you upstairs to a private loft-like Ballroom with original floors, doors, hardware, walls, windows and half-barreled ceiling! Historic paradise awaits!

The Barn on Evergreen Farm

Beautifully decorated, newly renovated second floor loft apartment above a spacious barn offers an ideal get away for those inclined towards a true farm experience without the need to sacrifice modern amenities or travel great distances. Located in historic Clinton, 3 miles from Hamilton College, and 21 miles from Colgate University. Due to COVID-19 we are leaving 2-3 days between stays for cleaning. There is a 2 night min. for groups of 3 or 4, and limits on guests from multiple households.

The Horse Barn Cabin sleeps 10 guests. A country kitchen with all the amenities of home. There is a gas grill on the porch for your outdoor grilling. A full bathroom downstairs, bedroom with a Queen and twin bunk beds, 2 bedrooms upstairs each with a full and twin. All linens and towels are provided. The back of the cabin has a relaxing screened in porch that provides a view of your own private fire pit. This comfy cabin is perfect for large groups to enjoy the perfect Adirondack vacation.
