If these walls could talk, they'd tell a story of the history of Glenville, NY! Starting as a Broom Corn Farm and then a Speakeasy during Prohibition, the original bar is located in the basement! This renovated New England-style colonial has beautifully landscaped grounds and butts up to the Mohawk River, providing privacy and views. The Brown Barn

1800's barn that was original barn to Governor Yates Mansion - which now houses a 2nd floor quiet, quaint 400 sq. ft "open concept" studio. Private outdoor deck, offstreet parking. Loads of character including shiplap siding on walls and ceiling, and old wooden floors. Fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge, gas stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, pot & pans. Full bath with smaller stand up shower. Queen size bed.

All Aboard! Riverfront FJ&G Caboose

Located on our Mohawk Riverfront Property this beautifully renovated historic caboose was originally a D&H (Delaware Hudson) transfer caboose. Later sold to service the FJ&G Fonda, Johnstown & Gloversville area in upstate NY. Includes a full kitchen, full bath and loft area with a double bed. First floor has a queen pull out sofa bed. Smart TV and internet included as well as local channels. Well behaved pets allowed.
