Stayed here for my sister's bachelorette weekend in Prescott. We chose this location for the amenities and it was perfect as all the girls had a blast in the hot tub all weekend. Very peaceful, friendly hosts and convenient to drive into Prescott for activities, while still enjoying a relaxing sister's environment.

The space was accurately described. Very functional and well maintained. The Host was very accommodating and was easy to communicate with. The views of London Bridge and the area are fantastic and you would be hard pressed to find a better location. Next time we are in the area we will check to see if this space is available and would take it again in a heartbeat.

Laura has great hospitality! She provided everything we needed. Stocked kitchen with food items, we got to make pancakes and eggs in the morning. Lauren’s let us wash a load which was very helpful. At first I didn’t want to meet the neighbor Michael because I wanted some privacy but once I ran in to him outside he was very nice. He is a sweet knowledgeable old man who loves to talk lol. But he was very welcoming! Laura even offered us taco salad dinner that she had made but we didn’t get to attend. But very sweet of her.

We had the wonderful joy of being able to stay for Sept and Oct. Pool and hot tub were enjoyable with the 100 degree temps we were experiencing. Great home to with lots of room

My group of friends and I LOVED Penny’s home! We enjoyed the hot tub and the views. Penny’s home was well-stocked with EVERYTHING we needed. It is important to note that Penny’s home is in a different time zone than Zion&Bryce, but we were able to enjoy our time in the parks :) Thank you so much!! We cannot wait to return.

Me and my family go to Havasu every year for three or four days the last four or five years that we’ve been there. This is the best house that we have rented and will rent it again every other year if Alex has an opening during the weekends that we want Beautiful home beautiful Lake view beautiful outside

Three nights was not enough!! I rented Jay’s place because I wanted to spoil a local business owner, his wife, and his three young children, because I know, all he does is work. I also wanted to be close to his house, so they could come and go as they please. Jay’s place was perfect. Kids went crazy for the pool, the slide, the rock features, the waterfall, and of course, everyone loved the hot tub. I gave them one side of the house, and we loved every minute of it. If it had been available a couple more days, I would have extended. Can’t think of one thing I didn’t love. Thanks Jay!! You made me fall in love with Havasu

Tonia’s home was beautiful, comfortable and well stocked. We enjoyed ourselves very much, we had a dock for our boat private beach in a beautiful setting. We look forward to our next stay. Thank you, Sonia C.

Host was extremely helpful and accommodating. Great place to stay. Right in the area I needed to be in. Host responded quickly to the few questions I had.

Great place to stay in Kingman as a singe or couple. Lots of shops and restaurants to walk to. Place was well kept and I felt very safe.

I stay at AirBnbs monthly for work and this is a new favorite. I feel like I stumbled upon Havasu’s hidden gem, though based on the many 5-star reviews I think the secret is out! I loved everything about this place - the location is perfect. The home is located in a little cul-de-sac space of cute homes with a very open feel with plenty of driveway and garage space right up to the door which makes parking and loading/unloading a breeze. Everything - from the central AC/heat to the ice maker (an essential!) to the smart tv automated to sign out on day of check-out-all worked flawlessly. It’s these thoughtful amenities that put this home on a new level. I didn’t want to leave and extended my stay. Kathy was so kind and goes the extra mile to reach out so you don’t miss the only-in-Havasu festivities (parade made my Christmas!). Thank you so much and see you next time!

Robert and Lynn's place was beautiful find! this was a bucket list check off since it was on the river and close to all the hot spots and at the same time very peaceful at night which is what we wanted. We will be coming back!

We had a wonderful visit at Kory’s Lake Havasu home. The views are exceptional. The property is fully fenced so we could relax with our pups. Super clean and relaxing home. Beautiful pool. Kitchen has everything you need if you like to cook in like we do. Exceptional host. We travel to various parts of country 3 to 4 times of year using Airbnb. Kory and his home is certainly a favorite. We will be back!

My party stayed at Jeff’s rental for a co-ed bachelor/ette trip with our friends and family. We spend most of our time out by the pool or in the river. The house was perfectly spacious and the layout was great. We had 10 people staying in the house and we all had plenty of room. Jeff was very communicative, friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Jean was great. Communication was easy. One thing to be aware of if you plan on bringing young kids, all the kids beds are away from the main house in the casita. House was a 5 minute drive from downtown and roughly a 10-15 from havasu marina. House was overall great, we would rent again.

Stayed for a month at Laura’s and found it very relaxing and felt right at home. The house layout worked great when having a couple of families along with the 2 different bathrooms and bedrooms on each side of the house. The beds were very comfortable, the only negative issue was the sectional couch has seen a lot of use and is not very comfortable. I would definitely stay and hope I get the chance to stay again. Erika’s place was extremely clean and had everything a guest would need as well as many extras including beach towels and games . It was also extremely quiet. I never heard any noise from neighbors and slept wonderfully. The bed and the couch were very comfortable and the bathroom was squeaky clean. The location was amazing! It was walking distance from Rotary Park, several restaurants and the London Bridge. There was parking and an elevator which was greatly appreciated. The condo complex also has a pool and hot tub. Erika was the kindest and most accommodating Airbnb host I’ve come across. I highly recommend her place for your visit to Lake Havasu City!

We had an amazing time at Ally's place. We would return after an adventure to this wonderful oasis and relax. The pool was perfect and we felt right at home.

This house is absolutely amazing! We loved every part of staying here. Karen and Rich are very helpful and wonderful hosts. Their house is very well maintained and kept squeaky clean. We also got to meet the pool guy when he came by and he was a very nice guy. I will most definitely be coming back!

Exactly as described and worked perfectly for 3 generations of family to have room to spread out. Right by the pool was nice for the little ones. Would stay again!

This house was clean and modern. Had all the necessary pots and pans needed and utensils. Needed spices and oils but not a deal breaker. The spa was nice when you have heated and the back yard is spacious and clean to hang out in. The only bit of down side was the pool was foggy on arrival due to a chemical or something but cleared up on the 2nd day and luckily I had a pool guy with us. And advised of such. Over all we had a great time in a nice clean comfortable place. Will look to book again.
