The Apartment is a loft conversion of our Stable Barn with stair only access, it has a tree top view of the paddocks below with accompanying bird and zoo noises. We look forward to hosting our guests and sharing our space.

A gentle leisurely stroll to Mosquito bay boat ramp and Cafe 366, or head in the opposite direction over the hill to Malua Bay surf beach. A 10 minute drive North to Batemans Bay or South to Broulee. The Garden Bay Beach shack is a self contained, downstairs unit with all mod cons and built for couples, but can accommodate a small child as an extra. Excellent romantic retreat.

This private, huge bush block boasting an array of native delights with full grown spotted gums, banksias and spectacular birdlife is just a 250m stroll to the beach. It features 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and 2 separate living areas, one especially for the kids (or kids at heart).

Our comfortable, well-equipped self-contained unit is situated underneath our family home. It is 1 km from the beach and the river, and 6 km from the country town of Moruya on the NSW South Coast. Swimming, fishing, kayaking, markets, bush walking, bike trails, or relaxing - it's all here for you and your family. Your pet is welcome too. We have a large grass area fenced with l.6 m high wire where your dog can run, and our local beach is a 24 hour off-leash doggy playground!

Get away from it all when you visit Mrs Grace’s rustic bush retreat at Moruya. LGBTQI friendly 🌈 Enjoy big starry skies and a myriad of bird life. Wander down to the Moruya River past kangaroos, and wombat holes. Lounge under the wisteria with a picnic between swims, or in winter cozy up by the fire with a book or jigsaw. In the warmer weather, book our free kayaks, and paddle 1km upriver to “Yaragee” the local swimming spot, or downriver into town for the more adventurous.

Broulee is a little slice of paradise on the south coast of NSW. This guest house is a short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches. This brand new house has everything you need, whether relaxing or having fun. At the South end of the beach is Broulee Island where there is a rare pocket of littoral rainforest. Excellent spots for fishing and a great surf break at Pinks Point. From vantage points on the island, you can spot migrating whales.
