This 160m2 (1700sqft) w/high ceilings, 1 bedroom unit is located on the 4th fl. of a historic semi-residential building. Although, we love to think that the place is full of peace, comfort and personality; the true magic of it is exactly where it's located. It's barely a minute away from the ferries and somehow sits quietly in the very middle of hustle and bustle of Kadikoy

I am waiting for you for a pleasant Istanbul holiday in a comfortable, clean and spacious apartment. My house has a tourist rental permit from the Ministry of Tourism in accordance with local laws.

The building foundation is installed on the rock bottom with deep concrete piles, the structional system also has been chosen, for the possible earthquake wave direction. In conclusion, our building is designed and constructed to withstand any earthquake might occur in İstanbul.
