We had a fantastic stay here. The home was comfortable and clean. Close to the beach and restaurants, yet far enough away for peace and quiet at the end of the night, especially with such a cool back yard set up. Shawn was also a great host. Would highly recommend to anyone!

What an amazing vacation! This house is amazing. The house has everything you need plus more. Very clean and love all the attention to detail. Love the secluded location away from other tourists and the high rise hotels. So close to the beach and the pool looks wonderful. Loved sitting on the porch at night to read. Check in was simple. Great restaurants to choose from, and close to places to tour. History buffs will love Fort Morgan down the street. Take the ferry across to Dauphin Island. You won't regret it. The location is close to Gulf Shores and Orange Beach for additional restaurants and beaches. Can't go wrong with this place! Thanks to the hosts for doing an amazing job!

In town for tennis tournament at MTC, and you cannot find a closer place to stay than this property. The house was just as described, very clean; lots of hot water and water pressure was excellent; it had everything we could have possibly needed on this 3-day trip. For our tennis trip, this place was much better than a hotel because of the location; ample off-street parking; inviting back porch with peaceful view; lots of room for us to gather in the cozy living room, dining room and kitchen; plus, the price of this spacious house was much better than if we had stayed in a hotel. If we come back to Mobile for a tennis event, this is where I want to stay, and my 2 housemates agree!

We loved Rosalyn’s place! We only stayed one night and wish we could’ve stayed a few nights. We definitely plan to be back to stay again in the future. Walking down to feed the horses and make our way to the pond was an amazing experience and very peaceful! The place was clean and there were some extra amenities that we didn’t even know that were going to be there so that was a plus. Also, this place is pet friendly so if you needed/wanted to bring your fur baby you have the option. We 100% recommend staying here if you like a farm-like outdoorsy feel to a stay and a really nice comfortable interior set up for a small group.

This house was perfect for 10 of us, and could’ve definitely slept more than 12 adults. Our daughter and a few of her close friends wanted to have a #SeniorSkipTrip. So we booked with Madison & Cody and couldn’t have asked for a better location for the kids to just relax, and be free of all the hustle and bustle before graduation. Since it’s still off season, it was almost secluded the entire weekend. The kids were able to walk to and from the beach as many times as they wanted. This place would be ideal for a family meetup spot if you all live in different states. It was so spacious, and the two balconies were great to sneak away to for peace and quiet.

This was my second stay at this location. Love the waterfront location and quiet. Straightforward check in and check out, the air conditioning is nice and cool, the screened in porch is worth it—you can sit there and drink your coffee and watch the sun rise. Or sit there and drink and watch the sun set lol.

We had seven adults in our party and there was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. Amenities were great! Enjoyed the pickleball court being within walking distance. Lisa was always immediately responsive to any questions we had. We will be back again! Thank you!
