Dear Mehdi, I stayed with Mr mehdi and his family for 23 days on a business/holiday visit, as such I used the flat as a office as well as place to sleep/eat/base myself in Tunisia. I was a lone traveller. The room is as shown in the photos, its basically one half on the bottom floor of the family house, you have access to both front and back gardens and the family utility area for washing machines. Mr Medhi is a great host, during my stay we had fault with electrical equipment that were replaced within a few hours with new items, I had several questions regarding visiting areas of Tunis and he could not have been more helpful and he always kept in touch and was asking if I was ok. Prior to my departure AirBnb took an extra payment and to his credit he went out of his way again to ensure I was refunded prior to me leaving. Thank you. I had no complaints during my stay, the location was near to the centre of Tunis but watch the traffic, there is a bus, metro but again I would just use a taxi, cheap enough and safer in my opinion. Ok, taxis - I have lots of friends and we all speak about our best rip of taxi story still, take great care when getting in one as they will try it on, even the best English/French/German speaking, its a ploy to illicit extra money. Agree the fare on entry or insist and monitor the meter, then when it jumps up and the arrival location don't pay it argue and look for the ever present police. Great value and safe and secure down a cul de sac. The house is nearly always occupied so very secure and I had no concerns there. Bardo centre is a 15 min walk and that has shops, bakers, fruit stalls and cafes etc. All good value and friendly. A mosque is 100m away so you get the call to prayers every day adding to the cultural ambience of your visit. I would recommend again especially if visiting the West of the city as it ideally located there. Thanks Mr Mehdi to you and your family and I hope to see you again soon.

Pascale is a great host with a big smile and great commitment. Her guest house includes a nice pool, great landscape, and tasteful local cuisine. This stay is a hidden gem where all stress from daily life melts away. Outstanding!

Had a great time in Tunis and Hichem was very helpful and responsive. A fabulous experience.

A beautiful villa on a gorgeous mountain with surreal views. The location is quiet and is steps away from the beach. The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I’d definitely come back.

Bonsoir, Alors en ce qui concerne la Villa, elle est magnifique! Les chambres et toutes les pièces sont spacieuses, elle est aménagée comme si il y vivait dedans du coup elle fait pas vide. L’extérieur et d’autant plus jolie. Extrêmement bien illuminé avec des jeux de lumières sublimes la nuit. Piscine spacieuse, profonde, avec son toboggan et ses plongeoirs et surtout la cascade! Jardin avec gazon propre et bien équipé (table, jolie BBQ, balançoire…) En ce qui concerne Nabil, une personne accueillante, serviable! J’ai rien à dire sur la location de cette villa, je recommande même! (J’ai même pris une nuitée de plus tellement nous y étions a l’aise)

We booked the villa for our family gathering and were pleasantly surprised. We loved the warm welcome, the unique arabesque style and took memorable family photos and everyone enjoyed our dinner in the main dining room by the pool. Our rooms were very clean and well equipped. We absolutely recommend it.

Nous avons adoré cette Belle Maison de vacances malgré quelques petits problèmes d'entretien qui ont été résolus grâce à la réactivité du personnel. La Description de la maison devrait être affinée (ex:pas de cuisine intérieure contrairement à ce qui a été décrit sur l'annonce, un seul Frigo pour une capacité de 16 personnes c'est peu..etc) sinon, le cadre est magique dans les hauteurs de la forêt avec une piscine rafraîchissement et une magnifique vue sur mer. Jouer au Padel aussi a été un moment amusant pour les adultes. Globalement, c'est un séjour réussi avec un bon rapport Qté/prix

Excellent stay; from the above and beyond support of the host (Aicha) to having everything you need to make the most of the accommodation, we had an super time staying here. Strongly recommend this place and the location is close enough to most places. Very happy with our choice

La villa était magnifique, la piscine est propre et la vue est à couper le souffle. Y avait tout le nécessaire pour loger 10 personnes. Et aussi Haythem était trop gentil et réactif.

Très bon logement, très bien situé, à 3 minutes de Sidi Bou Saïd en voiture. À proximité du palais présidentiel et des sites antiques de Carthage. Rue calme avec piscine chauffée. Climatisation et chauffage disponibles si besoin. Billel est très avenant ; avant mon arrivée, il m’avait envoyé les localisations des commerces à proximité

Really nice place. Home is so big and nice

This place looks a lot better than on the photos, it’s massive with nice backyard, good rooftop with a nice view to the Mediterranean. Every room has it own bathroom and the kitchen is well equipped. The location is very good, just two minutes walk to the train station and to the centre of La Marsa, but yet it’s in a calm street with no traffic passing through. I would recommend to stay at this place. Good value for the money spent.

Great Host. Only some issues with the odor and some noise from the gym nearby.

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable dans cette villa , L'hôte était accueillant et serviable, toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions et nous donner des conseils sur les environs. La villa était magnifique, très propre et bien équipée, et la piscine était un vrai plus. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et remercions encore l'hôte pour son hospitalité !

Merci Ani pour nous avoir permis de loger dans votre magnifique maison. Elle est très spacieuse, toutes les chambres sont magnifiques et super confortables. L’extérieur est + spacieux qu’on pourrait croire c’était parfait.

Fantastische verblijfplek. In een toeristisch deel van Sidi Bou Said, maar aan de straat toch rustig. Door binnentuin ook kunnen genieten van het weer zonder je te verbranden... Enige minpunt is dat er vaak autos recht voor de deur parkeren (terwijl er duidelijk een verbodbord staat) zodat je niet makkelijk er tussen past. Dank voor het fijne verblijf!
