Belle maison d’architecte isolée, à 15 mn à pied de l’une des plus belles plages de l’île. Tranquillité absolue dans une nature préservée. Vue exceptionnelle sur une vallée plantée d’oliviers et de cyprès. Très beau toit terrasse pour admirer le lever du soleil sur la mer et le coucher du soleil sur les collines. La maison comprend une belle salle de séjour, une cuisine lumineuse entièrement équipée et deux chambres avec leur propre salle de bains. Deux terrasses pour le matin et le soir.

Είναι ένας από τους δύο ανεξάρτητους ξενώνες ενός σπιτιού που βρίσκεται στον οικισμό της Αγίας Πελαγίας (πηγαίνοντας προς τα νότια) το οποίο όμως δεν γειτονεύει με άλλα σπίτια. Located in Kapsali, Kythira, just a few steps from the beach and only two kilometers from Chora (Kythira), with breathtaking view over the bay and the Venetian Castle. The house is on the groundfloor of a two-storey residence (entrance from the main road) while it also has access to the beach road through private stairs. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning while bedrooms facing road are equipped with double glazing windows.
