Private Pool Villa Suite Tokyo Property Information ■ Location & Access Address: 6-8-4 Edogawa, Edogawa-ku, Tokyo Nearest Station: Ichinoe Station (Toei Shinjuku Line), Exit A4 – approx. 14 minutes on foot (Taxi is recommended, especially with luggage) Bus Access: • About 5 minutes by bus from Ichinoe Station (get off at “Furukawa Shinsui Park”) • About 7 minutes by bus from Kasai Station (get off at “Furukawa Shinsui Park”) Airport Access: • From Narita Airport: Limousine bus approx. 70 minutes (one way ¥1,600) • From Haneda Airport: Limousine bus approx. 36 minutes (one way ¥1,100) The villa is located in a quiet residential area. Access to downtown entertainment areas takes approximately 30 minutes by train from Ichinoe Station. ■ Access to Tokyo Disney Resort By car: Approx. 15 minutes to Tokyo Disneyland Direct shuttle bus: From the bus stop “Furukawa Shinsui Park,” located on the road directly in front of the villa, • Approx. 25 minutes to Tokyo Disneyland • Approx. 35 minutes to Tokyo DisneySea (depending on traffic conditions) ※The villa is a convenient base for visiting both Disneyland and DisneySea over two days. ■ Property Overview Maximum occupancy: 1–8 guests For more than 8 guests, an additional fee of ¥5,000 per person per night applies. Infants under 1 year old stay free of charge. Layout: 1st floor: Living room, dining area, kitchen, bathroom, toilet 2nd floor: Twin bedroom, queen bedroom, Japanese-style room, toilet Beds: • 2 single beds • 1 queen bed • 3 Japanese futons • 1 extra bed In addition to the beds listed above, two sofa beds are available in the living room. Blankets, pillows, and sheets are provided for the sofa beds. Bedding is prepared according to the number of guests. One set of sheets is provided per bed. ■ Pool Information Availability: May to early October Depth: 1.1 meters In May, June, September, and early October, the water temperature is automatically adjusted up to 32°C. However, due to outdoor temperatures, the water may feel cooler on colder days and swimming may not be comfortable. In July and August, the pool heating function is turned off. The gazebo (sunshade) curtains will be installed from mid-July through August. However, for safety reasons, they will be removed during rainy weather or strong winds, even if you are using the BBQ area. ■ Amenities & Facilities Amenities: Toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hairbrush, razor, slippers, coffee, tea, mineral water Towels: One set per guest regardless of length of stay (1 bath towel & 1 face towel per person) For additional washing, please use the coin laundry next to the nearby LAWSON. There are no cameras inside the villa. ■ Media & Filming History The villa was used as a filming location for the Japanese reality dating show “Boost Love,” hosted by Tsubasa Masuwaka. Additionally, Airbnb × Oggi hosted their first Insta Live event at Villa Suite Tokyo, featuring travel-themed discussions. The archived video can be viewed on the living room TV.

近くには井の頭公園があり、春には満開の桜を見ながら散策できます。 西荻窪駅には大型のスーパーはもちろん、お洒落な飲食店や雑貨店がたくさんあり、落ちついた中に賑やかさのある大人の雰囲気の街です。 お部屋はとても静かな住宅街にあり広さは17㎡でゆったりしています。 This area is very quiet and the size of this room is 17 square meters with a bath, Semi-double bed, Frige, Washer, Low table, TV, Air‐conditioning, Wifi, Cookware, etc.. The large park named Inokashira is near, you can see cherry blossom street. Nishi-Ogikubo town has many shop streets. If you wonder the way, I will go to welcome with a car at Nishi-Ogikubo station.

The inn is a one-minute walk from the famous Inokashira Park, where you can experience the four seasons of Japan. There is a large pond, a running course, a zoo, and the Studio Ghibli Museum. From Kichijoji Station near the park, it takes about 15 minutes to Shinjuku. Kichijoji has a high concentration of restaurants such as ramen, gyoza, tempura, tonkatsu, izakaya, JazzBar, and more restaurants than you can visit. You can relax in a Japanese house and park and enjoy the city at the same time!

You have exclusive use of the entire second floor. Amenities include a private living room, kitchen, shower (available 24 hours a day), toilet, washer-dryer, refrigerator, and microwave. We accommodate only one group at a time. There are no shared spaces with other guests. The property is a two-story house. The guest area is located on the second floor. 1 bedroom 1 living room The host's living quarters are on the first floor. The entrance is the only shared area; there is no curfew.

And the house was redesigned by Makoto Koizumi in 1999. I had lived 20 years with my family. The sense of space by the south-facing large windows and the stairwell, it will make you attracted. The area has some parks and fields, and it's leisurely. I can introduce nearby shops. Please spend your time like traveling daily life.
