This property is an old family homestead and home to oak trees over 100 years old. This home includes a large private drive with a great indoor and outdoor space for entertaining. Enjoy the front porch with two rockers to view the wildlife. There is an outdoor dinning table, grill, large porch swing and an outdoor play set for kids. Inside you will find a kitchen with a large island for the whole family. A fireplace sets into the kitchen and living area for a cozy place to lounge.

Perfect for a weekend getaway! Located only 10 minutes from downtown Bartlesville and 40 minutes from the Pioneer Woman Mercantile. Step back in time and enjoy the wild west atmosphere. The bunkhouse has been outfitted with luxury cowboy designs by Yocham's Custom Leather & Cowboy Decor.
