We needed a place to stay in Downtown LA for a wedding and James' place was perfect. The building itself seems to have floors dedicated to short-term rentals and AirBnbs--it feels a bit like a dorm, but much more private than an actual dorm. The apartment itself was nice and the rooftop views and pool were a great addition! Security is very helpful and there's a 24-hr convenience shop right next door.

One of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed at. The location is AMAZING! Steps away from the beach. David is a wonderful host and was available to answer any questions we had. He also was able to accommodate our early check in. We had no trouble parking and the street cleaners didn’t come until 10:30am on Thurs/Fri so we had plenty of time to move our car, if needed. We traveled with our toddler and it was the best he has ever slept on vacation. The neighborhood is super cute and quiet. My sister traveled with us and slept on the sleeper sofa. She said it was comfortable. There are coffee shops and restaurants 5 minutes away (driving). 10/10 would recommend staying here!

This is my second time booking this air bnb and it was just as good as the first time. Location was perfect and still relatively close to LA and other areas.

Neil's place was accurate to its description and pictures. The area surrounding offered cliff-side views of the marina and a beautiful hiking/ biking trail. It was too cold in April to make use of the community pool, but the home was spotless, very comfortable beds, pillows/ sheets to sink into at the end of the night, and our family made it our own during our stay. There was just one small hiccup, which is that a spare key to the home was left under the front door mat, unbeknownst to us. Probably doesn't ensure safety, but the area seems quiet and safe that no one seemed to bother to visit the doorstep nor pick up the spare key. Also, a blanket neglected in the washing machine reeked. Aside from these two small things, everything else was wonderful, and we would enjoy staying again!

My second stay, great great location, clean and cozy, easy check in and out, parking spot near the elevator to secured building (rare to have parking in dtlb included). Felt safe, would definitely stay again.

From day one it was like a home from home. Centrally located, well equipped, even though we didn’t use most of the amenities as the restaurant’s are close and great. The house provided an excellent base with everything you need. I would recommend to anyone staying in the area and would look to stay again should we be lucky enough visit Surf City again. Perfect spot for our needs. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, grocery, and shops yet secluded and private. Darla was super helpful and responsive and helped make our first trip to the area a good experience.

Hamilton's Large6bd3btHouseDowntownBolsa was a great size for our group and is located in a quiet neighborhood. The home was clean and tidy when we arrived. The dining room and kitchen were spacious with plenty of seating, and there were enough beds and rooms for everyone in our group. The location was very convenient for the Westminster area. There were a couple of things to note for future guests: there are several external security cameras, including one in the backyard, which may be visible from some common areas. Additionally, the address for check-in was shared shortly before our arrival and differed from the one listed on Airbnb, which was a bit confusing at first. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the host's hospitality.

Rosie is such a forthcoming host and always prompt to respond. The house is wonderful, bright, clean, spacious, and looks better than in photos. If you’re looking for a cozy home in a safe neighborhood and not too far from downtown, look no further!

Loved this place, would definitely stay again. Very fun for the kids and very clean and tidy. Lots of empty drawers and closet space which is SO nice. They had a pack and play and laundry machines which we needed and was great! Very responsive host. Check out was easy. Hope to come back soon!

My family loved this Airbnb! The home was VERY clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed to make dinner and coffee in the morning. The yard is huge and our one dog enjoyed it very much. It's also in a great location, close to many different restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.

We love the location and amenities at Paul’s place. Very quiet unit and lovely balcony overlooking the beautiful surroundings. A new hot tub opened by the pool during our stay which was wonderful!

Ichiro’s place was absolutely amazing. Every effort was taken to ensure that the place was comfortable and we felt right at home. The addition of a lock up garage was also great. It was walking distance to the beach and you could see glimpses of the ocean from the back deck. As a surfer I have always wanted to visit San Clemente and it didn’t disappoint. It has a beautiful relaxed main street with a cool surf culture vibe that reminded me of home. I even got to surf trestles relatively uncrowded. I would definitely recommend this place.

Susan was a wonderful host! She was kind and super helpful. The space was clean and the location was perfect our family. We spent our days walking to the beaches, eating at the pier, swimming in the pool, going to LegoLand, and exploring the Flower Fields. We look forward to coming back again!

Krysta’s place is fabulous. The photos do not do it justice - it’s spacious, well-appointed, and squeaky clean. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. And we enjoyed starting each day with coffee on the deck and finishing each day in the pool and hot tub. Highly recommend!
