The living room boasts a Joybird sofa with a pull out queen sized, memory foam mattress for a restful night’s sleep. Kitchen features custom wood cabinetry, soapstone counters, stainless steel appliances, and a reclaimed wood island with seating. Ceiling fans throughout to keep you cool during hot summers. I am always available by text or phone. I do live in the main house on the property and can be reached in person if arranged. Take a 2-block stroll to burgers, breweries, sushi, gelato, gourmet coffee and tea, and even a speakeasy. Children will love the on-site playground at The Friendly Spot. It is within walking distance to the San Antonio river, historic San Jose Missions, grocery, and pharmacy. This space has one parking space within the gated grounds.
