It is a 1929 beautiful Dutch Colonial that is known for its stunning views of the High Peaks, Ski Jump & Bobsled Run. Private and quiet, yet only 1 block from the Olympic Arena & Main Street. My wife and I reside in the back portion of the house with a separate entrance and separate parking.

Our house is within walking distance of Main Street and everything downtown Lake Placid has to offer - over seventy restaurants, shopping, specialty boutiques, Mirror Lake, Lake Placid, and the Olympic Center. It is close to the Horse Show grounds, Olympic Ski Jumping Complex, Ironman Course, Lacrosse and Rugby fields, and just a short drive to Whiteface Mountain and all of the forty-six high peaks. This is a single family house with 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms on top floor and one on the first level), 2 full bathrooms ( one full on the top floor and one full on the main floor). Very specious. Sleeps max. 8 persons. Minimum stay 2 days. Check in 3pm, check out 10 am (EST).
