There was an unexpected problem with the broken boiler so there was no hot water in the booked house. Andy provided the second house with hot water to use free of charge. My family ended up staying in that small house because it was inconvenient to walk to another place for hot water. I'm sure this is going to be fixed soon. Andy was kind enough to help my family on the grounds with guidance and advise, which was really kind of him.

Cu siguranță voi reveni. Apartamentul este complet, chiar nu lipsește nimic. Gazda super, locația super, prețul foarte bun, recomand cu drag!

Locuinta este superba, frumos decorata, cozy si impecabila din punct de vedere al curateniei. Ne-am simtit foarte bine in aceasta casa. Am ajuns destul de tarziu la proprietate si din cauza întunericului a fost un pic mai greu de gasit, dar Constantin ne-a ajutat, chiar daca ora era tarzie si pentru asta suntem foarte recunoscatori. Iti multumim Constantin pentru gazduire si receptivitate 🙏🏻

Un apartament frumușel și liniștit, foarte primitor, și frumos amenajat. Gazda este foarte prietenoasă și amabilă, recomand!

Gazdele au fost atente la nevoile noastre, am comunicat foarte bine cu ei. Locuinta este curata, cu tot ce ai nevoie, amplasata intr-o zona liniștită, cu acces la magazine și mijloace de transport. Recomand cu încredere și vom reveni dacă vom avea ocazia.

A fost o experiență foarte bună. Totul a fost exact ca în descriere. Anastasia a răspuns la mesaje aproape imediat. Cabanuta este perfecta. Dotată cu tot ce trebuie. Apa caldă și căldură la orice oră. Curățenie perfectă.

Cornel's apartment is absolutely great! It is very clean, the kitchen fully equipped, and you feel totally welcome. The Wi-Fi is really fast such that you can use the place also to work (the dining table is big enough to be used as a working place). The area of the location is great because you are very close to a big shopping mall with many restaurants and cafes, as well as all main attractions of Iasi. Cornel replies very fast and really wants you to have a pleasant stay - thank you very much, Cornel!

Very tidy and lovely Airbnb apartment equipped with everything you need. Comfy bed and clean bathroom.

Удобная квартира для одного человека. Есть все, что нужно для нормального проживания, особенно учитывая, что я там жил зимой - почти всю зиму . По близости есть крупные торговые центры. До центра города 20-25 минут пешком.

4 night stay, building a bit on the outskirts of the city but I intentionally chose it to not be in the busy center, aprox 15min walking distance from the center, very close to a tram station, clean, hidden outside private parking so your car is safe, affordable, in short worth it.
