Foarte aproape de centru si Iulius Mall. Curat, spatios, patul confortabil.

Logement impeccable et agréable. Les accès sont encore un peu en chantier, ce qui devrait s'améliorer sous peu.

I booked it for my dad as my mum was in the nearby hospital and everything was just perfect. The hosts were so helpful with everything and they even came in the middle of the night to give him the keys as he arrived late in the night. Very helpful . The apartment it’s nice and clean with everything you need in it . Thank you for everything

Totul a fost exact ca în poze – curat, bine întreținut și foarte primitor. Ne-am simțit ca acasă. Gazda a fost extrem de amabilă și comunicativă, ne-a oferit toate informațiile necesare. Cu siguranță vom reveni dacă mai ajungem în zonă. Recomand cu mare drag!

Je n'ai rien à dire tout à était parfait. Appartement très propre, bonne communication venant de l'hôte pour la remise des clés. Le séjour fut super !

Am avut plăcerea de a sta la Q Residence între 10 și 15 Septembrie, la etajul 8, și a fost o experiență grozavă! În primul rând, priveliștea de la balcon este spectaculoasă – seara, poți savura un apus superb și o panoramă parțială a orașului. Serios, dacă ți-e dor de Iași sau doar vrei să te relaxezi după o zi plină, balconul e locul ideal! Fiind în orașul meu natal, mi-a fost super ușor să mă deplasez – în 10 minute eram fie la Iulius Mall, fie la Palas Mall, perfect pentru cumpărături rapide sau o cafea. Locația mi-a permis să îmi rezolv și treburile personale fără bătăi de cap. Cazarea în sine a fost confortabilă, curată și bine amenajată, cu toate facilitățile necesare. Până și liftul mergea fără să aibă acele momente de „suspans” pe care le întâlnești uneori în blocuri înalte – punct bonus pentru asta!

apartamento novo, limpo, confortável e bem localizado, tive apenas um problema no primeiro dia pois o controle do ar condicionado não estava disponível, mesmo no inverno esse item para mim é indispensável, no restante acho que pode melhorar o tempo de resposta e o atendimento, mas voltaria com certeza novamente pois o apartamento é um dos melhores da cidade

Apartament bine organizat, curat, zona linistita, aproape de Iulius Mall (10 min pe jos). Pana la Palas sunt cam 30-40 min de mers pe jos sau 10 cu taxi. Internet wireless foarte bun pentru a lucra. Se poate lucra foarte bine pe masuta din bucatarie. Sunt locuri de parcare gratuite suficiente in fata complexului. Proprietarul a raspuns foarte prompt la mesaje.

We stayed 2 nights at Alexandru's place and we had a great time there - it was a very central location and we're near a supermarket at the local mall. It is also near enough to the nearest tram and bus stop, though Iasi is a small city, you can probably walk anywhere for sightseeing. The unit was small, clean and compact; a lot of effort has been put into the renovation to make it really nice and it looks just like in the photos, but really that's all we needed when we are on holiday. The only issue I had was the fact that you're in a building with rather thin walls and it is possible to hear what the people next door or upstairs are doing, for example like when they move their furniture, open or close the doors, flush the toilet etc, you are really dependent on everyone in the building behaving in a considerate manner during the night not to disturb each other - fortunately, I only heard them in the day time and early evenings and not when I was trying to sleep so it wasn't an issue.
