Miroslava: soggiorni in appartamento

We visited Iasi, together with our 2 children, during the Easter break, period 17-23 April 2025. Bogdan&Aniela were extremely hospitable, communicative, true hosts. The apartment is spacious enough for 2 adults and two children aged 8 and 13. The apartment looks very good, tastefully decorated, new, modern furniture, impeccable cleanliness, underfloor heating and fully equipped kitchen. The front door is operated via the application, which saves you from having to worry about the classic key. I highly recommend both the host and the location, especially since it is at an extremely short distance from the city center - the palace, the cathedral, the 3 Hierarhi and Golia monasteries, shopping center, fine restaurants and more.

We stayed 2 nights at Alexandru's place and we had a great time there - it was a very central location and we're near a supermarket at the local mall. It is also near enough to the nearest tram and bus stop, though Iasi is a small city, you can probably walk anywhere for sightseeing. The unit was small, clean and compact; a lot of effort has been put into the renovation to make it really nice and it looks just like in the photos, but really that's all we needed when we are on holiday. The only issue I had was the fact that you're in a building with rather thin walls and it is possible to hear what the people next door or upstairs are doing, for example like when they move their furniture, open or close the doors, flush the toilet etc, you are really dependent on everyone in the building behaving in a considerate manner during the night not to disturb each other - fortunately, I only heard them in the day time and early evenings and not when I was trying to sleep so it wasn't an issue.

Totul a decurs minunat de la început. Apartamentul este foarte primitor, curat si te face să te simți ca acasă. Proprietarii au fost foarte înțelegători. Cu siguranță vom reveni cu prima ocazie! :)

Удобная квартира для одного человека. Есть все, что нужно для нормального проживания, особенно учитывая, что я там жил зимой - почти всю зиму . По близости есть крупные торговые центры. До центра города 20-25 минут пешком.

O locație liniștită și aproape de centrul orașului!!

Am avut plăcerea de a sta la Q Residence între 10 și 15 Septembrie, la etajul 8, și a fost o experiență grozavă! În primul rând, priveliștea de la balcon este spectaculoasă – seara, poți savura un apus superb și o panoramă parțială a orașului. Serios, dacă ți-e dor de Iași sau doar vrei să te relaxezi după o zi plină, balconul e locul ideal! Fiind în orașul meu natal, mi-a fost super ușor să mă deplasez – în 10 minute eram fie la Iulius Mall, fie la Palas Mall, perfect pentru cumpărături rapide sau o cafea. Locația mi-a permis să îmi rezolv și treburile personale fără bătăi de cap. Cazarea în sine a fost confortabilă, curată și bine amenajată, cu toate facilitățile necesare. Până și liftul mergea fără să aibă acele momente de „suspans” pe care le întâlnești uneori în blocuri înalte – punct bonus pentru asta!

Recomand cu drag! Apartamentul este spațios, modern și foarte bine întreținut, cu toate facilitățile necesare. Locația este excelentă, aproape de principalele puncte de interes, iar zona este liniștită și sigură. Gazda a fost prietenoasă și promptă, oferindu-ne toate informațiile necesare pentru o ședere fără probleme. Cu siguranță aș recomanda acest apartament oricui vizitează zona și caută o cazare de calitate!

Logement propre et bien agencé, au calme et à proximité des commerces et services. Le gros plus, c'est la gentillesse et la disponibilité de l'hôte. Habitant à proximité et d'un caractère serviable, elle est disponible au moindre problème ou si vous avez besoin de renseignements. Un grand merci à elle pour un séjour très agréable.

Atat pot spune ca daca as mai avea ocazie sa ma reintorc as face-o fara ezitare.

Apartamentul a fost curat, exact ca in poze. Am găsit tot ce aveam nevoie in locație, răspuns rapid la mesaje și check-in flexibil. Recomand cu drag.

אני לקוח ותיק ב airbnb וישנתי בדי הרבה דירות ברחבי העולם. אין ספק שהדירה של כריסטינה היא בין אחת הטובות ביותר שישנתי בהן. דירה נקיה, מסודרת, מצוידת במעבר למה שצריך. הגישה קלה וטובה וההסבר יעיל ופשוט. ממוקמת במרכז יאשי וקרובה לתחבורה ציבורית ולאתרים מרכזיים. התקשורת עם כריסטינה מעולה והיא זמינה ונכונה לעזור בכל מה שצריך ואף מעבר. תענוג!
