It will be a pleasure to welcome you in such a peaceful environment.. Easy access from the A10. The exit is 5 minutes from the house. It is the last exit before Bordeaux (when you come from Paris..) You will be very close to famous places: - The city of Blaye (to see the vauban "citadelle") or to access to the "medoc" vineyard by boat (ferry) _ The city of bordeaux - The city Of Jonzac where you will be able to relax in a very spa center. - The city of Cognac where you will be able to visit the famous house of cognac.. - And much more to discover..

Idéale pour week-end détente et vacances à la campagne mais aussi pour les cures, à 8 km de la ville de JONZAC ( cure , base de loisir , centre aquatique, Casino, centre des congrès ) . La région offre de belles balades pour les amoureux de la nature avec un étang de 11 hectares dédié a la pisciculture a 3 Km et bordé d'un parc forestier avec sentiers balisés .

The mill house

At the heart of the Charente vineyards, old mill of the late 18th century completely renovated with heated pool and jacuzzi. Quiet on the edge of a small village, by the river and only 4 km from Pons, near Cognac, Bordeaux, Royan, La Rochelle ... All rooms are equipped with storage, queen size beds, televisions. Satin sheets and towels are provided. The fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens and a large cooking piano. Fiber internet connection.
